Ordered online showed up 20 minutes later, my order had not been started, only one couple in the place eating. She then stopped in the middle of my order to help customers that just got there in line. Horrible way to run a business. will not be back

The prices here are really high but I’m still giving it 5 stars anyways because it’s so good and when I ordered a takeout order online, they put this cute little note napkin in the bag and now I have it on my fridge as my daily motivation.

I love sushi, but not a huge poke bowl fan, until I came to this place. They just got all the flavors right and there is a lot going into this bowl... not your average combos going on here. Even the crab salad is good and that is saying something. :) Broke da mout' bruh!

Great food and they got us through the line super fast! I’ve been to a few locations and they all have held up to the 5 star standard

Decided to give this place a try for my lunch break and found that there was only 1 person making orders for with 6 people in line. After 10 mins line didn't move as the only orders being done was online orders.... I gave up and left, Wendy's across the street has better service and probably actually cares about there employees. I wouldnt be happy either making order after order all day by myself with no time to prep in between. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

By far the best poké I’ve ever had in Idaho.
Had the pleasure of meeting Dan the owner and was just blown away.
He has such a heart for people, not just his customers but also his employees. His dedication to service and quality is unmatched.

10/10 experience every time I’ve gone.

I first tried this place out a few weeks back, and didn't have the best experience due to some mistakes by a new employee. Things just were not of the expectation I had based on other reviews. However, the owner reached out immediately to make things right and was so sincere in his apology, that I knew I would be giving them another try. I went again today and it was everything the other reviews promised. It was so delicious and fresh! I intended to take a photo of the bowl before I ate it, because it truly was very pretty, but I dove in before I remembered. It was the perfect lunch for a hot day, and service was exceptional as well, and was everything I had expected the first time around. I will definitely be back again.

I called to make an order for pick up, and asked for their signature Bogus Baisin bowl which comes with tuna, salmon and crab. I even paid extra for 2 scoops of proteins. Go to pick it up and it's all packaged in a bag already and dumb me did not think to rip it all open to check it. I get home and they did not put any crab in it. 1/3 of the proteins from the dish were missing.
