Paddles Up Poke in Eagle was such a delicious poke bowl! I wish I lived nearby! But, we were on our drive from Utah to Cascade. Made a slight detour to Paddles Up in order to eat a fresh meal. I can't recommend it enough. I will absolutely stop by again in the future. I love a good poke bowl and for land-locked Idaho, everything tasted fresh to me!

We had Paddles up Poke cater the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. Our 25 guests all enjoyed the food. The selection made it perfect as they created their individual bowls.
I would definitely recommend Poke bowls for a group gathering.

Amazing! Just traveling through Boise and stopped for a quick bite. Wish we had something like this at home. Food was phenomenal!! Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with everything! Definitely check this place out!

Lack of quality in food and ownership. Fish that is left out for hours to be served at room temp is not something I’d let anyone eat.

Great spot! Have gotten lunch once here and dinner another time since it opened. Great food, fast service and good value! Definitely the best poke bowls in the state of Idaho! Get the spicy bogus basin!
