We’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s pizza but tonight was definitely a let down. Not sure if the ingredients are different but nothing tatsed the same, It was so bland.

After our order was wrong (again for the 3rd consecutive time), we contacted the store to give them the opportunity to fix it. We were told they could only offer to give us the missing toppings if we came back or a $3 off coupon. I will not be visiting this location again.

82.00 bill and they refused a hundred dollars bill.This was at store id209 on plaza in eagle.The employees would not give me the mangers name or take a complaint they just said go to the website.

the people here have always been on top of their game. I've never had anything to complain about at this location. The pizza is done well and with a good timeframe in mind. if you haven't tried it already we do the pan pizzas pretty regularly! I like a cowboy with the olives substituted for bacon! most of the people there are hard at work but someone always smiles and says hi there! or welcome in!We're super thankful for you all at our P-Murphs! and look forward to another great Friday pizza night tonight! Keep up the great work.

The employees were less than friendly and/or helpful at this location. By far the worst Papa Murphy's experience I have ever had. When I asked the girls if they could add extra seasoning to the pizzas, I was told I would have to buy a shaker and do it myself. I did have them add an Herb and Cheese shaker to my order but explained I also wanted extra seasoning on the pizza. I told them that the locations I normally go to either just add extra (for free, mind you) while making the pizzas or have given me some in little cups to take home if they are premade (again, at no charge). The girls finally agreed to give me some to take home and charged me an additional $1.50. When they were finally done making my two simple pepperoni pizzas, which took about 10 minutes even though I was the ONLY customer in the store for two employees, they gave me two pizzas that were not even made correctly and a little cup that had was maybe 1/3 full of Parmesan cheese even though I specifically asked for seasoning, not Parmesan cheese. When I told them I didn't get the correct pizzas, they offered to pick off the sausage for me... didn't even offer to remake them. I ordered two $9.99 pizzas but paid $27.00. What did I get? Two pepperoni and sausage pizzas, seasoning to add to my own pizzas, a ridiculously small amount of Parmesan cheese that I didn't even want, and horrible customer service. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and will adapt my review if anything is done to rectify this awful experience. Most likely, however, I will not be back to this location.

We won't be back. Went there almost at hour before they were supposed to close and they turned off the lights as we walked up to the front door. You can't get any worse service when you're coming to buy some pizza and they lock the doors and turn off the lights when they see you.Unbelievable - we went to Smokey Mountain pizza instead and got served promptly. Papa Murphy's lost our business forever. It's not like they're the only place around.

Would not take 100 even though it came from my bank... how do you use money? I get it, have it on your card. lol. the staff was apologetic because they are told if they accept 100 bills they get in trouble. There needs to be some trust. I can't believe PM is having and overrun of 100 bill users. actually I never use them but this time I happen to had forgotten my card. I live here, I will give you my address or whatever. made to feel like a criminal for spending hard earned money.
Went in there 6:45 on a Friday evening. It was literally Teens Gone Wild. There were about 5-6 customers waiting.,There were about 7 employees, and 2 were actually kind of working. Two of their friends who were not working came behind the counter and they were all laughing, looking at each other’s shoes and hair. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my online order and not one of them looked at me or asked if I could be helped. Tried several times to get their attention. Finally when I interrupted them I found out my pizza had been sitting there the whole time!! I asked one of the girls if I could have the managers name and she said he just left. Told me the name Andrew but would not give last name. This is my main pizza place and I’m so disappointed in these young people when so many places are in such a shortage right now. I would really like to communicate with owner.

Very grateful for the manager at this Papa Murphys's. I'd ordered a pizza, got it home, baked it, ate a piece and realized artichokes missing. I have an eating problem for life now, caused by a surgery; the artichokes somehow were edible and made the difference on the pizza. Manager said to return it; he replaced it and even replaced bacon with more cheese, as I discovered the bacon bits I cannot eat, either. How kind and understanding--and what a treat for me to find a type of pizza I can eat since I can eat very few foods now. Thank you! Low income, also, from career gone years ago due to a drunk teen driver who altered my life. Pizza is a big treat for me.

Would not take my $100 bill. Simple answer... get a counterfeit pen! Do all that you can do to not say “no” to customers. Especially when a customer buys $50 worth of pizza and uses no coupons in a highly discount driven industry. Your excuse for not taking my $100 bill not valid enough. Pizza was good, a little center loaded. The kids were working hard, probably should of had one more scheduled
