Swung in out of curiosity today. Got offered a rib to sample while we looked at the menu (grab a paper towel off the piano and they will hand you one!). Delicious and oh so tender! I was feeling like breakfast, husband wanted lunch. So many great choices! Ended up with I think the Perfect Breakfast Combo—bacon (yum!), eggs (my scrambled eggs were super fluffy!), country potatoes (crispy outside, fluffy inside), ribs, and 1/2 waffle. All of it was fantastic! Husband had ribs, coleslaw, and beans. Imma say the beans were some of the best I’ve ever tried. I liked the coleslaw, he likes it wetter and diced. I also loved the assortment of sauces on the table and the menu to tell us about them. Loved everything I tried and the owners and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying more menu items—smashed potatoes and cornbread muffins are next on my list to try!

24 Feb 2025 my Family ordered the family dinner for four people for delivery. The cost was 77 dollars, meats were blan with no flavor with a ton of pepper and could only taste pepper. The sides blan mac and cheese, blan baked beans with huge bit pieces of meat and broccoli salad full of pepper and no flavor. Portion size and flavor was not worth the price we paid for a family of four dinner.

Eat here all the time. The food never gets old. It is so good from the ribs to the Brisket and the Tri tip. Love there sides. Mac and Cheese my favorite but the Baked beans and smashed potatoes are incredible as well. Love how you don’t have to sit for hours to get my food. I never have to wait. It’s prompt service. Price is reasonable considering the cost of meat and everything being made homemade. The tastes are signature. I used to live in Missouri and thought I had tasted some of the best barbecue but not until now. So good you will not regret it. The deserts are incredible as well. The Bread pudding sundae or a mixed berry cobbler. Yum They also added new stuff to the menu. The brisket tacos and their new hamburgers. Then to top it off they added Breakfast the Brisket Benedict my favorite but their waffles are light and fluffy. Definitely a five star all around. Can’t wait to go back.

This place looked good. But we went recently for a family event. And it couldn’t have been more disappointing. The food was okay. But the presentation of it being “catered” was terrible. We weren’t given enough paper plates. The food was just thrown in a 2 giant foil containers. We weren’t given any forks or tongs to pick up the meat. had two bags of Texas toast from the store just thrown on the table. Was just bad service for such a pricey expenditure. Not worth it.

Great people, delicious food, and I don’t mind it if it’s a bit sticky and smoky, just means it’s authentic barbecue.
The pulled pork sandwich, burnt ends, and bread pudding sundae are delicious. I also appreciate the root bear selection. Keep up the excellent work! I’m definitely eating there when next Boise visit. Until then, I’ll just have to salivate thinking about it.

The food is so good. We had a little of everything. Brisket, turkey, burnt ends homemade fries, Mac n cheese and broccoli salad. All amazing And delicious! They also gave us a free rib to try for being first time guests!

We love going here but this time it was horrible. The wife and I ordered the smokehouse with pulled pork, rib ends, and substituted the chicken for brisket. The sides we ordered were fries, sweat potatoe casserole, and beans. After our order arrived and we started eating, we noticed the ribs, bread, and pickles were missing. We asked, and they then told us the bread was not available and the ribs did not come with our order. It would have bern nice to know that when we ordered. They did bring the missing pickles to our table. Upon leaving, we pointed out on the menu board that our order did indeed come with ribs. They gave us some ribs to go when we left. Now, here is the real reason for the bad review. My wife was snacking on the leftover casserole this evening and found a white piece of plastic in the food. She is very upset about the whole dinner now.

I'm not a fan of doing review but tonight was one of the work tasting BBQ take out I've ever experienced. Portion was small, meat was dried and everything was overly salted, for $43 this was not worth the drive to Eagle. I could not even finish my portion.

Horrible experience! I went to the park and visited their trailer. Two ladies—one blonde and one brunette—were completely unhelpful and rude. I asked for pulled pork, and they told me they were out. I then asked if I could order just the brisket, but they said, "It doesn't work like that" and insisted I get it with mac and cheese. The food ended up costing almost $20 for a very small portion. They gave me maybe eight fries with it. Wth? The food was disappointing, and the service was awful. I don’t understand why it was so bad; it felt like I was doing them a favor by buying their food. Believe the other reviews—the food quality is poor, and prices are ridiculously high for what you get. You're better off going to Daddy's BBQ.

UPDATE: Lol, now you can see the owner doesn't even care about their clients and won’t own up to their mistakes. Sir, or whoever you are, you had two ladies there with terrible customer service who clearly don't care about your business, which speaks volumes about you. Don’t even give them a chance, guys. Not worth it.

I called in and placed an order to be picked up the next day. I ordered the trash can minus the sides and ordered 2 of them. I was quoted $82 per trash can - total of $164. I found out the next morning that more family was coming than I had planned to I called in to add a little more meat to the order - the "manager" told me I was misquoted on the order and now the order was $379 and I was stuck with it because I had ordered it the night before and they already made it for me, which I understand but I was quoted $164, not $379 and I only added 2 more pounds of meat. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she was the owner - very poor customer service and was very rude. We have eaten here in the past and it was great - not sure if it changed hands or what but the ribs were very dry and not good at all. The only thing that really wasnt dry was the pulled pork. We didnt get any sauce to go with the meat just the meat which wasnt how it used to come in the past either. very disappointed for the amount of money I paid.

This was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Ordered 8 lbs for 16 people and everyone raved about the brisket! And the service was phenomenal. I’m a regular now!

Horrible horrible service. They take five minutes while we stand there ready to order. And they weren’t busy… two tables in the whole place.
They were out of four of the sides…
It took twenty minutes to get our food.
No wonder they’re going under.
Avoid at all costs. Go to Goodwood… 10x better

When your food truck was in Emmett, a last week, we ordered 4 dinners with several small servings of meat; each came with two sides. The smashed potato was absolutely amazing!! I could eat one everyday! However, two of the meats were so dry (pulled pork, brisket) they weren't edible. We were very disappointed. What happened? will we come back? yes...but only for a smashed potato.
