Probably a good place to get takeout! We dined in, definitely felt rushed to order and finish, our appetizers came out before our drinks! But the food came fast and was pretty good. We had the General Chicken and Korean beef bulgogi. The fresh rolls were great and the potstickers were crisp. The cocktails left A LOT to be desired. It seemed like the bartender was reading the drink description then figuring out how to make them. The inside is nice, clean and colorful ambiance. Plenty of free parking. Reasonably priced!

The sushi rolls were good. The potstickers were over cooked and crunchy. The entrees were fair. When we made the reservation by phone, we were assured we would get a booth. When we arrived we were told that the only booth was in the bar. But one in the dining room had reserved on it and was still empty when we departed. Glad we didn't sit there there was a screaming young one in the dining room. Elizabeth did a nice job taking care of us.

We moved out of Boise a few years ago and Rice is definitely on my list of "Things I miss about Boise." This weekend, after a long day in the car, all I could think about was a cold martini and some excellent sushi. Job well done on both counts.
I have been here several times, and the food and service are great. This past trip, the 6 of us ordered a wide array of food, and everyone loved their meal, plus I thoroughly enjoyed trying everyone else's ^_^The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Food is ok. A wide ranging menu. Service is good.A good place for lunch or a casual dinner. Rice has just about any type of Asian food: Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, and probably a few others. A huge menu. Not really my preference, but it does mean that everybody will find something to eat. I think that the food is getting better over time. Still not great, but the noodles are pretty good. Even some of the curries are good. Haven't tried having spicy food or sushi, and that might drop the score... Desserts can be pretty good, but have also gotten not-quite-ripe mango. Happy hour martinis are a great deal!

Gooood food. Needs a thorough cleaning. Paint? Take away the "tchotchkes" that have accumulated over the years. The drapes in the front, the cabinets that hold junk... Other than the appearance, yes, love Rice!
