Food was amazing! My husband said it was the first time since we moved to this area that he didn't mind paying the bill because it was totally worth it!
This was my second visit for a Wednesday tea. Everything was absolutely delicious and perfect. I will be a regular
The food here was delicious and the wine we had was exceptional. We also loved the music. It was a wonderful evening.
Had a wonderful unhurried evening here with friends. Food and service were both excellent. The staff was very conscientious of the food allergies in our party and made great recommendations.
Chateau des Fleures was beautiful! We had a wonderful time and the service was exceptional. I hosted the ladies in our family and they all really enjoyed the tea and felt very pampered. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon.
We had seen this restaurant from the highway and decided to try it. Very European feel. Nice soft Sinatra playing. Our waiter was very personable and accommodating. The food and wine were great. Hoping for more Napa Valley cabs in the future. The one we ordered was excellent. A great date night, intimate setting that doesn't resemble the chaos and noise of the 5 star restaurants downtown. A lovely experience!
This place was beyond our expectations. Simple elegant and stunning. The food for the tea was top notch and the service matched it. Tina B was fun, light-hearted and so knowledgeable about the history of the facility and the owner. A delightful experience.
Tyler was an excellent server and the selection of teas to choose from was great! Food was overall very good. My only small complaint was the cupcakes could have been softer. They seems a bit stale and hard on top underneath very good frosting. Definitely going back again. Took my mom and mom-in-law on New Yea's Eve afternoon. They both enjoyed it so much. You must get an English hat (cheap on Amazon) to wear! Well, it's not required but it makes it more fun.
Every bite, including the bread and the salad dressing and the olives was amazingly tasty. Everyone in our group proclaimed their food to be delicious, with at least one "best ever!". Lots of options too. Only tiny quibble is that the door to the hallway was ajar much of the time (we were seated near it) and it let in drafts of cool air and also meant a visual distraction (bright light). Not a huge thing, but next time we'll ask for seating further away or bring a lap robe!
I am a pasta snob and WOW!! This place was very beautiful and amazing from the food to the service. I was very impressed. We got to look around the other part of the venue and had a wonderful time with the other employees walking around, sharing stories. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hostess was very polite and took our photo. We were sat at a very private table. Several staff members came and spoke to us. The singing was amazing during dinner. Food was fantastic. I even got a Camille Beckman lotion gift. It was a terrific anniversary evening.
What a gem! This beautiful venue is breathtaking and such a surprise! But what makes it extra special are the people that work there. They are inviting, warm and want to make your tea experience special. It is everything you could imagine and more.
We attended the SPECIAL NUTCRACKER TEA, which has a premium price. Based on our experience from the same tea last year, we had great expectations. The venue does not disappoint, it's gorgeous! Unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment, a far cry from what was served last year. This year we were not offered options, a tiny plate was placed which had tiny servings of intentionally cold food. Cold quiche, cold savory biscuit, cold tiny sandwich and a very tasty, but tiny, cup of soup. The tea pot was small and there was never an offer to refill with hot water. The change from last year was dramatic and disappointing. People pay extra, plan ahead and get dressed up for the SPECIAL experience, and found it quite underwhelming
We had a lovely dinner last night, and it was delicious. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the entertainment by the crooner, Adam, was fantastic. We look forward to going again soon!
I have been going to afternoon tea here for years, and always enjoyed a lovely experience. The afternoon tea service has really changed, and not in a positive direction. The huge bowl of soup and the tiny piece of quiche I received was luke-warm. The muffin was dry and the desserts were mediocre, at best. I was served a round sugar cookie with no icing. There was only one Christinas tree in the large main dining room. I felt the decorations were lacking this year. I was very disappointed and will not return.
