My husband and I pulled up to Sodalicious at 7:00. The lights were on and there were workers inside. We waited a few minutes until we noticed they weren’t acknowledging or helping us. As we continued to sit there we looked up the hours. Online hours said they close at 8:00. Instead of the workers opening the windows and telling us they were closed, they decided to turn off the lights and continue to do what they were doing. So unprofessional and we will not be visiting that location again.

Hadn't been to sodalicious in forever, so on our way home tonight we flipped a U-ey to get some. Online says they close at 8 every day. It was 7:02 when we pulled up, they were inside turning off the lights and cleaning up. Looked over at us multiple times, but wouldn't come to the window and talk to us. So lame?? At least tell us you're closing early? Unprofessional, not impressed. 2 stars because I still like their soda.

I’ve gone to all the locations. This one the staff care. They always have a conversation with me. One of the workers if she is there she will ask if I got the sticker of the month and if I missed it she will get it to me. Our drinks are always made right. The staff goes above and beyond here.

I am giving this location a one star... I was not in the car when this happened... but my fiancé went to take his little sister and him to go to this location. When he got his drink, the girl at the window taking his order had written at the bottom of the cup that he was cute. I understand thinking a customer is cute, but writing things at the bottom is not okay. Especially when they have people at home that they are married to, engaged, gf/bf, and more. Just think about other people's feelings rather than your own.. As well as how unprofessional that was.

Cookies are usually good, not quite as good as Crumbl in my opinion, but still good. The service, or lack there of is the toughest part for me. It makes it tough to want to support a place with unprofessional workers that care more about the boys hanging out in the lobby than serving customers.
