Spitfire Tacos is so good. The way the spices heat up and then the cilantro tajin crema and guac cools it down, with tender carne asada. It is one of the best tacos I've had. Highly recommend.

Food was fantastic, drinks were delicious. Ambiance is great. All servers were great including Kyle. Finally some great Mexican in Eagle!

In case you were looking for a Mexican restaurant, with typical Mexican cuisine, like I was, this is not it! What it is is exactly like its name states, tacos and drinks. That is not to say I was disappointed. The tacos were actually interesting flavor combos and delicious! I also enjoyed the margarita grapes and churros too. Jordan, our server, was very attentive, especially with how busy the restaurant was, so shout out to him! The only down side is all the construction going...
