The staff here is incredible. Despite being very busy most times I visit (DoorDash driver), they somehow manage to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I picked up an order on Christmas day when they seemed understaffed, and it was obvious they were working as diligently and quickly as possible. Personally, I would have been stressed out and making so many mistakes, but they manage to work their magic as they 'dance' behind the bar. I hope they don't burn out because they are amazing!

If this is a training location that is fine but there needs to be someone checking drinks. The inconsistency of this location makes me not want to return. I get OK service sometimes, a little better than OK others, but most of the time it is below par. Drinks aren’t made correctly or I’m getting handed somebody else’s drink and have to return or they are not listening to the particular order and are just trying to be fast. Such a bummer!

Literally THE WORST service. They keep hiring people that don't know how to keep up with when it's busy (or even not busy). Today I ordered two drinks at 7:12AM. Got there & waited inside. Was pretty obvious that I was waiting for a drink. More people come in & order at the front. The staff member asks everyone but me what their drink was. She continued to do so for about 15 minutes. My drinks were supposed to be done at 7:27. Originally when I ordered, it said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes. How is it possible it takes this long to make a cold brew that comes of a machine?! The girl didn't even ask me until about 7:30 what I ordered. So ridiculous! Starbucks, if you can't handle mobile order, maybe you need to get rid of it.

Ordered 2 hot pumpkin spice lattes. They took about five minutes to make and one cup was only 75% full. We called them and they said they would remake them for free, but when we got home it was the same problem. One full, one 75% full. I asked for a little extra pumpkin flavor but they also tasted earthy. Very strange.

Espresso machine was down. Had one working. My friend had a chai and waited for 30 min. Said they couldn't make it until the ticket came out of the machine! What is up ? Can't do it by hand? Need to get these things worked out. Lots of unhappy customers and idle employees!

Baristas are seriously terrible here and inconsistent. Most of them have no idea what’s on their own menu and make a huge deal about whether you tip or not which is sad because every time I have tipped, they have screwed up my order and I just can’t justify paying extra for bad service anymore. Sorry

Christine was amazing and the sweetest ever! She made such an amazing latte for me and was so patient when I wasn't sure what I wanted, as this was the first time I'd ordered coffee. She was also incredibly kind about the fact that we came in 30 minutes before closing, which I know is annoying. Unfortunately the latte wasn't my favorite, but that's not her doing, it's just my apparent dislike of lavender flavored things 🤣 but I would definitely go back and will probably be ordering a latte again! Thank you Christine! We came in 5/17/25!

I used to love Starbucks, but today I decided that unless I’m getting something VERY simple or food I will getting my coffee elsewhere. The employees have been short and rude. They used to have great staff. All the baristas were super sweet and efficient. This is not the case anymore. I like chai, coffee, and matcha. The last three visits my drink has been made poorly or completely wrong. The matcha is always clumpy, and my chai and coffee orders always taste like they have been watered down. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and it has always been great. I’m not sure what changed within this last year.
The food is always good so that’s a plus.

Starbucks dark or bold roast brewed coffee is always great. Unfortunately their regular brew, Pikes Place, is awful. Wish they would brew the bold all day.
