Espresso machine was down. Had one working. My friend had a chai and waited for 30 min. Said they couldn't make it until the ticket came out of the machine! What is up ? Can't do it by hand? Need to get these things worked out. Lots of unhappy customers and idle employees!

Baristas are seriously terrible here and inconsistent. Most of them have no idea what’s on their own menu and make a huge deal about whether you tip or not which is sad because every time I have tipped, they have screwed up my order and I just can’t justify paying extra for bad service anymore. Sorry

Christine was amazing and the sweetest ever! She made such an amazing latte for me and was so patient when I wasn't sure what I wanted, as this was the first time I'd ordered coffee. She was also incredibly kind about the fact that we came in 30 minutes before closing, which I know is annoying. Unfortunately the latte wasn't my favorite, but that's not her doing, it's just my apparent dislike of lavender flavored things 🤣 but I would definitely go back and will probably be ordering a latte again! Thank you Christine! We came in 5/17/25!

I used to love Starbucks, but today I decided that unless I’m getting something VERY simple or food I will getting my coffee elsewhere. The employees have been short and rude. They used to have great staff. All the baristas were super sweet and efficient. This is not the case anymore. I like chai, coffee, and matcha. The last three visits my drink has been made poorly or completely wrong. The matcha is always clumpy, and my chai and coffee orders always taste like they have been watered down. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and it has always been great. I’m not sure what changed within this last year.
The food is always good so that’s a plus.

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened and never had a bad experience until now. I ordered ahead on the app after leaving my home in Eagle, but when I arrived, the young woman at the counter said she did not have my order. I showed her the confirmation, and she told me to wait, even though there were no other mobile orders out.
When I explained I was short on time and asked for a refund, she firmly said no. Sarah, who has been here for years and is always kind, stepped in to help, even though the young woman insisted no refunds could be given. I told Sarah I would not be returning. She is the last of the original team and truly a gem.
Being called rude just for calmly asking about my order and a refund was the final straw. I do not know who they are hiring now, but this was by far my worst Starbucks experience. I am done.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the valley. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. As a writer and creator, sometimes I need a good feeling public space... good atmosphere and good energy. This is my go-to spot if I need out of the office to write or edit for an hour or two.
