We were in line for 15 minutes and still 4th in line because no one in front of us had checked out. An older lady walked in with her subway shirt on went behind the counter said something to the 2 younger employees and was walking out with no help offered to speed things along. My husband asked if she was the manager she said she was he asked if they could speed things up and she yelled across the store for them to hurry it up. Then said so is that your vehicle and we said yes she said well your in the fire line you’re gonna be towed and proceeded to go out side and take photos with her phone. I told her you don’t provide any trailer parking and your lot was full. I am disabled and all the parking was full when we parked and we had our pop up camper heading out of town. She apparently doesn’t have any concern about customer service and doesn’t train her people to have any sense of urgency. So sad. The kids weee polite and apologetic about the wait after they were yelled at. She obviously needs to find a different job where being snotty to people doesn’t matter

So slow! 😫 It took me more than 15 minutes to get one sandwich and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Instead of starting mine while the previous order was in the toaster, the employee made small talk with the customer, asking multiple questions about his job when the customer was not at all receptive to chit-chat. Every glove he opened, every piece of cheese he peeled, was like in slow motion. When it’s a weekday lunch hour, please, skip the small talk and work with a sense of urgency.

We’ve tried to give his place so many chances because we enjoy subway in general. But service is always so bad, I understand staffing can be hard but I’ve never seen it wheee the entire staff is this way. Slow, rude, get orders wrong constantly, huge line and walking away to do who know what in the back. it’s unfortunate they’re taking up such a prime location in downtown Eagle.

Ella was RUDE! Literally threw away our sandwiches in front of us, after she made them, because I did not use the app to get the “deal”. I downloaded the app… She literally saw me on the app ordering the sandwiches. Took me 20 minutes to figure out what she wanted us to do. Once completed, the order didn’t come to her store. Order went to the wrong store. She still refused to help us. Tossed the sandwich. This is NOT about money, would have been happy to pay full price. She was flat out rude to us in front of other customers.

Subway is always great, but the MANAGER Delia, was less than pleasant. As a manager I’d expect a greeting a “hello.” She didn’t ask if we wanted it toasted just immediately went to veggies and my bf asked to get his toasted she had a silent attitude. If the stores owner sees this I might reevaluate who you have as manager. Maybe the kid who busts his butt by himself and does it with a smile, we love walking in and seeing him! I don’t know his name.

Always a bad experience at this location. One time they over charged me. This time they didn't have my online order ready ..... it took over 30 minutes to get it

Had a truck and trailer with very minimal parking. They just lost our business. Said we cannot park where we did at 9am. We will go to McDonald's instead

Most of this complaint is about how it is impossible to get al hold of anyone when your order is wrong. I’m missing 4 different items from my salad and no way to go back to the store between jobs. I called the number it says to do it online- I go online and it says page unavailable.

Subway. Pretty standard expectation here and experience. Staffing is always low so it may be a bit of a wait, but their sandwiches are all pretty good.

Due to the exemplary staff along with Eagle ID good people, my wallet was returned to me with everything in it. Thank you to the honest person/people who found and returned and to the Subway staff! Honesty and integrity are still alive in Eagle Idaho! ?

Tried to use the app to get the $6.99 as advertised. After I paid I waited like 20 minutes for it to come through. I went back and realized it changed the location after I paid. I will never eat at subway again. It took my whole lunch time and I wasn't able to eat. This also happened to my worker who it charged the full amount after going through the whole B.S. online order to get the sub that should have been available for the $6.99 price without the hassle of the online ordering.
