Tried to use the app to get the $6.99 as advertised. After I paid I waited like 20 minutes for it to come through. I went back and realized it changed the location after I paid. I will never eat at subway again. It took my whole lunch time and I wasn't able to eat. This also happened to my worker who it charged the full amount after going through the whole B.S. online order to get the sub that should have been available for the $6.99 price without the hassle of the online ordering.

Each Subway is different. Some offer really good service, while some are lackluster. I would put this Subway in the good category. I gave them my order and were pretty quick to make it. However, while they were quick to make my order, they were also accurate. I would definitely recommend this Subway.

I frequent this location a ton as it’s by my work and easy to get to. However, I think I am going to be changing where I go, I can’t just eat the frozen veggies any longer!Pros:-Food does taste good, usually-Solid locationCons:-The same two people work here every time I visit and they like to give a little sass depending on the order (usually if you order a wrap)-Veggies are frozen about every other time I come in-They don’t like to work very quickly and lines of 5+ people are common-On multiple occasions one of the workers who was off shift will sit at a table on their phone just cussing at someone & they always are pretty loud-How is subway more expensive than Jersey mikes?Overall, the food is usually good, but takes a bit to get it sometimes. Workers don’t seem to be rushed to get people’s orders going and get a little annoyed if you want something a certain way. I won’t be coming here anymore as I am tired of frozen veggies and not have accurate or quick service.

Bebe, their lead trainer, was incredibly rude to the customer in front of us in line and also to us. The food was fine but the customer experience was terrible. If this is the type of person they have in a leadership position I worry what the rest of the team’s behavior is. I can also say this is the only location in the area that is constantly dirty, seems like no one sweeps the common area at all. Won’t be returning to this location, there are others close by that have great employees.
