Good food...usually... but the employees could do better to ensure food safety for all customers...
As a woman was making my burrito another customer came in. He leaned all the way over the barrier to talk with the woman. All the while breathing/spitting/talking right above my food.
She didn't do anything to ensure food safety. I wouldn't be surprised if they neglect other things like proper temperatures for meats and proper storage, et cetera.
Not coming back here. You guys need to do better!
EDIT: Since they're going to try harder, I'll give them another chance. Good to know they take other aspects of food safety seriously.

Keep in mind the atmosphere is fast food location, but the food is anything but fast food. It is high-quality and delicious. Fresh service is great lots of choices fair prices. Good people work there.

We order Taco Del Mar for our Christmas Eve party every year. We always get comments on how delicious the food is. The staff at the Eagle location where we order from is always so kind and accommodating!

Every time I am in the Eagle area I go out of my way to eat here. The owner is awesome and makes your food right in front of you. The quality and service is exceptional. With their daily specials it's also very reasonably priced.
Stopped in for a quick bite and had a delicious burrito. The staff was AWESOME, super friendly and when I mentioned I would be eating in the car they gave me a cup to hold my burrito. 10 star service!

I ordered the small bowl, which is a dollar less than the large bowl. The food tasted good what there was of it. You could see the bottom of the bowl the portion was so tiny. It cost $9! It was rediculous. Won't be going back. I have pictures.

Don't have anything to say about the dine-in experience. I ordered thru DoorDash. The food was extremely bland. I ordered a chicken taco salad, I guess expecting it'd be comparable to Costa Vida or Care Rio, not even close. The taco shell that came with the salad tasted like cheap tostitos. The side of beans and rice I got had zero flavor, texture was good, but that didn't make up for the extremely bland food
