She was super knowledgeable and the tea and protein combo along with the several other nutrient components hit the spot and was delicious! She was also super friendly! I will be back!
Exactly the kind of local business we need to keep around. Love popping in. She's always so sweet & kind. The fact that the food is delicious also makes it a fantastic place.

Wow! What an amazing vibe. The owner is so personable and welcoming, you feel like you made a friend before you leave. I wish I could tell you I had a favorite thing in the menu but I love it all. You will not be disappointed! The tea bombs are a great pick me up, the shakes are a really good meal replacement and they taste SO good! Go by and enjoy any of the yummy menu items and the relaxed enjoyable atmosphere
