Apparently they don't think they need to make their Togo and 3rd party delivery orders.

I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and waited 45 minutes for two smoothies, which I understood due to the minimal staff. However, I was charged twice for the purchase and have been trying to reach management through email and voicemail with no response. It's been over a week with no resolution, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I understand mistakes happen, but not responding to customer concerns is unprofessional in my opinion.

However they definitely need to clarify their hours of operation – either with the public or their employees.
An added bonus would be to hire people that don’t lie to your face.

After a long road trip, my kids were really looking forward to smoothie bowls - we walked in a couple minutes before closing (I knew we were cutting it close, and was going to tip accordingly ). We waited at the front for a couple minutes only to have Larissa come out from the back to tell us their blenders are shut down…
When we asked when we would have needed to get here for them to not be shut down – she said before 6pm and tried to tell us that she was at the cash register at 6pm and we were not there….

It’s 6:02 PM at this point… Like I don’t know what kind of day she had, but come on…

They were not open at their posted time and would not unlock their doors even though there was a woman staring right through the glass at me from the register. Stood out there for almost 10 minutes before giving up and going elsewhere. They also open super late for a health place that’s right by a bunch of fitness businesses.

While it’s not advertised on the menu, you can order a smoothie base and then add whatever toppings you like.

Today I ordered a berry blast base with toppings: raspberries, strawberries, mango, chocolate chips, and honey. It was one of the best fruit bowls I’ve ever had!

I’m thankful Boise has such a high-quality juice and smoothie cafe.

OK now this is going to sound corny but bear with me.
I struggle with buying anything at stores with multiple locations. They are usually lackluster and don’t have anything unique. It’s literally a cookie cutter of the last place which is nice for the food or service, but is annoying when it comes to small touches.

So when I saw it I just had to say I that this cute little sharpie drawing on this machine was adorable, made me smile, and gave the place a personal touch.

It’s crazy how the smallest things can add the most character to a place, but I will definitely be coming back just so I can tap my card on this little guy. Lol.

Unwavering consistency and quality. All fresh fruit ingredients and no ice filler in the smoothies or bowls. The staff is always friendly and the owner is dedicated to providing the best products and service.

Assistant Manager wasn't willing to answer questions or go into the back and look at ingredients because of some dietary restrictions. We went out of our way to go to this location, but couldn't order anything without some ingredient clarification. Probably just caught them on an off-day, but it's still disappointing...
Thankfully we called one of the other locations, and they were extremely helpful and answered our question! We decided to drive 15min to the helpful location versus supporting this one.

I've been a happy Boise Juice Company customer ever since they opened!
I love their Peanut Butter Raspberry Acai bowl.

They have a pretty good sized menu and make some pretty good acai bowls.
