Love the Pomegranate Smoothie!

I do not recommend this place in West Sample Road, Coral Springs , Florida. It’s twice in 2 months . We have received watered down smoothies with no flavors and when adding additional supplements such as multi vitamin, probiotic, chia seeds, there was absolutely nothing mixed in. We left a review on grub hub and other places and only received $5 back. It was a $50 order. Smoothies had no taste and was watered down . You can not even taste the supplements and there was absolutely no chia seeds when requested .

Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.

The Benton location gave us the worst service. We spent 40 minutes waiting on our food. We won’t be back.

I've been here a few times now. This particular location has made a Tropical Smoothie fan! Staff is friendly and the smoothies are always great!

Made an online order Saturday 09/27/25. Food that was delivered was not mine. Called store because I didn't want the food they sent and was told they would issue refund but couldn't happen until Monday (09/29/25). I called Monday afternoon and was told Tuesday (today). No refund as of today and I'm getting the runaround. Do not recommend this store (Tulsa, 108th & Memorial). I shouldn't have to keep calling and begging for a refund especially when they acknowledge I did not get the food I had ordered). For the price they charge for their food, you would think they would care but they dont. I have already filed a complaint on the website but I don't expect that to go anywhere either.

While traveling on I-40 we Stopped at Tropical Smoothie in Shawnee, OK on08/08 at 7:30pm. It was the best flat bread, quesadillas and Bahamian Mamma drinks we’ve ever had! Keep up the great work, this staff knocked it out of the park!!!!

Smoothie was fine. The preparation area seemed messy and not that clean.

Great smoothies, food, music, and atmosphere.

Smoothies and food were great, not the fasted on getting the food out. The workers didn't say hello, thank you, or goodbye so not the friendliest but food was good.

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

Always love tropical smoothie Cafe. It’s one of my favorites that is quick and easy to get on the go. Smoothies and food are always awesome.

Drive through suppose to be open until 9 pm. Tried to order at 8:50 and the teenagers ignored me. Pulled up
To window and they quickly moved out of sight into the back area and ignored me. This was on July 7,2025. If I owned this place I would look to see who was working and have a little chat about how a business stays in business. For a business with 2.5 stars average yelp I would be thinking about something called customer service.
