Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today was the first time our office ordered from the TSC app for delivery. We were given a delivery time and when it was 10 minutes late we called. We were told our order had been picked up. We waited another 20 minutes only to find our order left outside of our building in the sun. We ordered two smoothies - only receiving one which was completely melted along with our bowl. We were supposed to get two bags of chips - only one. Both our sandwiches were supposed to not have ranch but they did and were skimpy at best. My coworker called the store and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes was given a phone number to call. When she asked to speak to the manager she was told that there was no manager on site. With this experience we truly don't think we will be ordering again since no one there seems to care. For anyone who cares: order #55915870926873 - Celi Drive - Dewitt 13057

We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

Had an issue with a delivery and have YET to hear back from anyone. It has been over a month now. Now my account is locked and I cannot even access it. This is ridiculous. I will not be back.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

We LOVE this place! The food is fresh and delicious and the customer service is top notch!! It’s also super affordable!

I ordered a Quesadilla, the cheese was just put in the tortilla, not melted at all. Cannot eat it on the go as i had planned. Disappointed.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie. I have never had a bad one until tonight. This location is horrible. The smoothie was filled with frozen fruit and ice chunks. The service was bad. Bad enough that I felt like I needed to leave a review. ( I usually only leave good ones). I drove 10 minutes out of my way ( in rush hour traffic) for that.

My peanut butter cup smoothie was really good, and I would definitely get it again, but the service wasn't great. The girl who helped us didn't have great people skills at all. I think her name was Sienna or Sierra. Anyway, being kind goes a long ways.

This is the worst tropical smoothie that I have ever visited. I’ve come twice now, specifically because they have the curbside option. Don’t waste your gas traveling here for curbside. I swear this place must be run by kids!! Each time I’ve had to walk inside to pick up my order and each time the workers are not working at all. They are sitting down at the counter chilling and my food is in the to- go cubby getting cold!! I’ve parked both times in the designated spots but they are literally sitting and there are no other customers in there. This time I ordered a dilla that was handed to me sideways so the ingredients could shift out of the “stained” box that it was served in. I’m so over this location . If I could give negative stars I would!

Shame on you OWNERS! you only have ONE worker there today, at 10:30. Your service has alway been so slow. Are you to cheap to pay for more help and take the stress off the other employees. You have a drive thru, on line orders and lobby. I would have ordered breakfast but it would have taken an hour to get my order. This is so sad that you think of YOUR own pocket More then your employees. SO SAD! Hire more people it won't kill you and you might even get More business!!!!!! Because they can get more food and drinks out and they will be happier and stay there longer and you won't have to train more people. SHAME ON THE OWNERS

Veggie wrap had chicken in it, and none of our other modifications were followed. Order was ready 20 mins late. I don’t blame the poor workers, there were only two people working and it was super busy. Management need to do better
