No wonder these guys have terrible reviews. Ordered a $9 triple bacon smash burger and they took 20 minutes and it didn’t even have a SINGLE piece of bacon on it. These guys suck

This is the ABSOLUTE worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Got an ultimate breakfast burrito that had no tater tots in it. Went up and ordered another one half an hour later, that one didn’t have tots either 🤣. I was getting ready to take it back, but a manager asked what was wrong and went to fix it for me. When she brought it back, it had tots this time. Just careless, lazy employees who couldn’t care less about the people spending the money.

Terrible service. Worse than the sloths in Zootopia. Not only slow, but they didn’t greet us in the drive through for 5 minutes AFTER we said “HELLO, IS ANYONE THERE” to which they responded “Sorry, just a minute”. After 5 MORE minutes, we finally said “We’re ready to order” and they said “Sorry it got busy inside”. (Keep in mind we had run inside to use the bathroom and it was barely busy.) After two more minutes, they finally let us order. Once at the window, we waited another 10 minutes for our order. Which was frustrating because we saw employees wasting time inside, not dealing with a huge “rush”. Food was fine once we corrected the two mistakes on our order that they took 20 MINUTES TO GET TO. Never coming back.

I'm so disappointed this location doesn't accept giftcards. As a customer we don't understand the reasoning or excuse of being an independent location. It's not a good look if the giftcard says Sonic on it and your sign says Sonic on it, you need to find a way to make it work.

None of the tables were wiped off. Garbage on the floor. Our order was completely wrong and our drinks were all ice. Will not be returning.

No Napkins in the bag.
If you are going to be in the food service industry, more specifically preparing food, food safety should be paramount. There's nothing more disgusting than finding a big nasty hair in the bite of food you just took.
