If I could give it no stars I would. I should have never had to go to corporate to get my refund back but here we are. I came through the drive thru and ordered food (18.59). Once I pulled up to the window they took my card. The lady at the window told me that my card had been declined. I informed her that I had money on that card, gave her another card and looked at my bank information. They charged that card 3 times for 12.23 equalling 36.69. We swapped numbers and I was told they would help me figure out what was going on and to be expecting a phone call. About 15 minutes later I got the call stating that they made a mistake on there part and that I needed to come back in and pay for my meal. I was already out of town so I came back in once I got back into town about 3 hours later. I called my bank on my way in and asked them about the pending charges so I knew what I was getting into. They informed ne that everything went through and it looked like it was going to go through. So when I came back into arctic circle, they guy asked me to pay for my order. I informed him that I wasn't going to pay for it unless he gave my my refund back. He told me he couldn't because they were pending but as soon as they were posted he could. So I told him that I was going to be back and that was that. That all happened on friday. On Saturday I jumped onto another account and seen that they had tried to charge my card again for another 12.23 (now totalling 48.92). On Sunday I jumped on and seen that it was all posted so I called before I drove in and was told by a manager that they could give me my refund. I drove in and was told the they were worried my bank was going to unpost the posted amounts so they were worried about giving my my money. Frustrated, I told the guy that I would be back on Tuesday and left. Tuesday morning, being fed up with the whole situation, I called corporate and they are getting me my refunds. Almost 1 week later and almost 50$ down because of a mistake that nobody wanted to correct. I will not be coming back. I'm so frustrated with the managers and how poorly this was handled. Being a business owner myself, that would have never flew!

Waited in the drive thru line for 30+ min for 3 ice cream cones. The speakers where you order, you can barely understand. I had to repeat my order several time hoping it it was right.

Any time you see shredded lettuce on a burger, you know it's a SUB par burger and burger outfit. I'm still trying to find the burger in this picture, as all I see is a brown grease patty. If you want your businesses to survive, put in a little bit of effort. Please do better, there are those of us that wish to support local, but dang if you businesses arent making it hard these days. At some point a person has to cut their losses and say never again. Threw all of my order out and am gonna head to McDonald's because at least they have consistent fast food.

slowest service of ever experienced the employees did not seem to care
Burger was cold, unremarkable. Fries were good! They have Diet Dr. Pepper. Caramel shake was ok, but very reminiscent of the ice milk of yesteryear. Sonic's shakes are muuuuch better.
"Where the GOOD Stuff Is!"? I would say, "Where the okay stuff is"...except for their flavored cones-now THOSE are tasty. Still glad to have them as an option!
Asked for two double cheeseburgers, no tomatoes or mayo.
No tomatoes this time, which is good cause I'm allergic to tomatoes. Both burgers lathered with mayo. Which is a bummer, but at least I'm not allergic to mayo. Scrapped the toppings off at home and ate a plane burger. Didn't finish other burger. Both tasted pretty bad. Sometimes forget why I don't eat at Arctic Circle, then the food quality reminds me.
Server nice enough. Had to restate my order a few times and still got it wrong. Might be a new employee.
