I received half of my full order, by the time I got the other half of the order my pizza was cold.I guess next time I’ll just prepare a frozen pizza from the grocery store.the person I spoke to at the store in Emmett pretty much said tuff luck, you should take a look at your staff.you take a good product and make it substandard worst part I paid around $18.00 with tips and fees for a small pizza.no value no standers.

Pizza can't complain about... but everytime we order wings they skimp out on the suace... this last order tonight, I mean cmon... Buffalo sauce can't cost that much, looks like they measured out a teaspoon and drizzled on 16 wings, we want spice and sauce and lots of dirty napkins. What gives? It wont let me post a picture unfortunately.... 😑😑

Actually I’ve changed my mind. This place is the biggest disgrace ever. First we ordered a “free” pizza, and it’s 15 dollars with tax. Then they delivered it to the wrong house! And once we got our pizza, the crust type wasn’t even correct! Never eating from dominos again! This place sucks

This place is moving on up! The customer service has been really great the last 3 times we've ordered there, consistency is key! This last order was definitely my favorite by far. Everytime I order here i get the build your own pasta which is exactly what it sounds like you add whatever you want, and unless you add something you cannot say no to something because it doesn't come with anything in it to say no to. 95% of the time they put chicken in my pasta, and Everytime I call and tell them they add something that wasn't on there and Everytime they ARGUE with me that I didn't put no chicken put i cannot physically say no to an item that doesn't come with the item. I've worked there before an i know that you are not supposed to argue with the customer you're supposed to apologize and tell them you'll get to them ASAP. I don't understand why they keep telling me "it doesn't say no chicken" well of course not because it doesn't come with it so I literally can't say no just make it right and read the board my lord

Have ALWAYS had issues with this specific store ALWAYS. BUT today takes the cake. After waiting almost 2 HOURS for our delivery I called the store, they told me it was on the way, i wait 15 mins and call again(I live 1 min from the store) and NOW they are saying it is sitting there waiting for a driver, but 15 mins ago it was out of the store with a driver!??!?!?!?!?!?!? I'm pissed and will NEVER order from them again EVER.

Got double charged for pizza that couldn't hold itself up (thinner than thin) and was horrifically under baked. Even the lava cakes were massively under done. What's not to love? Oh, and as a bonus, they'll even make it extremely frustrating to get a refund on the double charge. You know, in case you felt like you haven't gotten to jump through enough hoops lately. Don't worry, the coupon they offer for the massive hassle won't cover delivery or anything.
