Everytime I order here i get the build your own pasta which is exactly what it sounds like you add whatever you want, and unless you add something you cannot say no to something because it doesn't come with anything in it to say no to. 95% of the time they put chicken in my pasta, and Everytime I call and tell them they add something that wasn't on there and Everytime they ARGUE with me that I didn't put no chicken put i cannot physically say no to an item that doesn't come with the item. I've worked there before an i know that you are not supposed to argue with the customer you're supposed to apologize and tell them you'll get to them ASAP. I don't understand why they keep telling me "it doesn't say no chicken" well of course not because it doesn't come with it so I literally can't say no just make it right and read the board my lord

Have ALWAYS had issues with this specific store ALWAYS. BUT today takes the cake. After waiting almost 2 HOURS for our delivery I called the store, they told me it was on the way, i wait 15 mins and call again(I live 1 min from the store) and NOW they are saying it is sitting there waiting for a driver, but 15 mins ago it was out of the store with a driver!??!?!?!?!?!?!? I'm pissed and will NEVER order from them again EVER.

Got double charged for pizza that couldn't hold itself up (thinner than thin) and was horrifically under baked. Even the lava cakes were massively under done. What's not to love? Oh, and as a bonus, they'll even make it extremely frustrating to get a refund on the double charge. You know, in case you felt like you haven't gotten to jump through enough hoops lately. Don't worry, the coupon they offer for the massive hassle won't cover delivery or anything.

I ordered online. I clicked on the New York style pizza,the one that shows pepperoni,I also ordered one that had 3 toppings New York. I got both w no meat apparently. So u have to click on each item . So I see I clicked the one in the picture but didn't click pepperoni so I got a LG cheese an 1 large cheese with peppers an olives. No meats. Omg seriously an when I called she was so rude an was just luke well u didn't click each item. So literally $37 for crap an to boot the CHEESE one wasn't hot nor cut through. Very Unhappy

Worst food and customer service ever! Was told after receiving my order and finding that my sandwich was light toppings and sauce AGAIN for the 15th time that they were busy and that was the reason my food was incorrect. Asked for a replacement, was told I'd have to pay for a new sandwich if I wanted it replaced. As if me calling and complaining when I pay for your food and service and it's crappy and I still try to give a chance to make it right, shame on you!

I ordered I never got the pizza, it went from in the oven to delivered the tracker said I could not be reached. I order four times a week they know my address by heart. Yes I'm a pizza junkie
My mom got very sick after ordering from this Domino's! Buyer Beware!
My mom had ordered 2 pizza from here and when she went to pick it up she noticed that one of the pizzas was wrong. Unfortunately, by the time she notice, she was already home and lives at least 20-30 min away. When she called to inform the staff of the mistake they told her she can pick up the right pizza in 15 min. She informed them that she lives a bit out of the way and prefers not to drive all the way back, so delivery would be best. When she got the new pizza she got violently ill that night! Now to add insult to injury, the next day was her and my dads anniversary. For which she spent that day and the next few days recovering. Now I don't know if this was retaliation for asking for the right pizza and wanting them to deliver or just plain negligence for the facility but either way this is completely inacceptable!
My suggestion, go somewhere else! don't waste your money on this dump.

Walked in placed order for Thin Hawaian Extra Pineapple.... nothing else... even repeated it a couple times while ordering and yet the guy still made me the wrong pizza..
He offered to remake however just spent almost 30 mins waiting, only to get the wrong pizza,.
I certainly do not have time to wait another 30 mins.
Not happy eating a pizza picking off bell peppers no wonder I was charged $18

Ordered at 9am to be delivered by 4. Food arrived at 4:40. The kids had 5 minutes to eat before we needed to leave. I was on the phone with them as it was delivered and they acted like everything was good since it still arrived. No it's not all good. If you can't Handle the order load you stop taking orders for that time period. Absolutely no customer service.
