Ordered at 9am to be delivered by 4. Food arrived at 4:40. The kids had 5 minutes to eat before we needed to leave. I was on the phone with them as it was delivered and they acted like everything was good since it still arrived. No it's not all good. If you can't Handle the order load you stop taking orders for that time period. Absolutely no customer service.

We need a good pizza delivery place that is affordable in Emmett. Domino's pizza sucks. We order for the convenience. Bad service, bad pizza. Wish we had pizza hut back.
Emmett - we ask for it to be ready at 745 to 750 so please don't cook until 735, she said they didn't, but my phone showed it cooking at 653. Our food was cold and when I called the manager (Ashley) she didn't even care. She just said got it. Poor mgmt. Needless to say we probably won't eat there

I called store to tell them they missed my sandwich and then they proceeded to tell me to go into store well I live 15 mins out of emmett so yeah I asked em is there some were to deliver it to they said no i need to come in well gas isn't cheap and well u missed my sandwich I came in and wasted 45 mins just to get something they missed

I'm usually the LAST person to leave a bad review but I'm seriously disappointed that this location has been major skimpy on the sauce lately (the last 3 times ive ordered; if it was just one time I could let it slide) . You should not have pay extra for enough sauce to taste it. Also, one of our orders of bread bites had NO PARMESAN OR BUTTER. Everyone makes mistakes, but come on man.... the PARMESAN bread bites didn't have parmesan.That being said, the service is impeccable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. That is why I couldn't do less than three stars despite my disappointment.

When I placed My order online I asked for Mariana sauce, however there was a glitch and it changed to Alfredo sauce last minute and I didn't catch it until the pasta was delivered. I called the local store and the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't of been nicer and had his driver bring me a new pasta just how I liked it. Thank you guys ?

Pizzas are getting smaller, toppings are getting more sparsely put on so there's less of them on the pizza, and prices still keep getting higher and higher and higher! ??
