I literally come here almost everyday and order the same thing. What is the point of having a recipe to follow when no one makes it the same. The last two days my drink has been different so maybe I should start going elsewhere.

went and got a palm beach green tea, blended with pomegranate float extra sweet. Said they had a new trainee and they apologized. Whoever the new person is, keep them because these are the best drinks I’ve ever gotten from Dutch, like SO GOOD. 10/10🙏

Usually, I am crazy about Dutch Bros and never have issues however, I believe management was changed and since it just hasn’t been THE dutch bros. The manager, Gracie, has a change in attitude every-time i’ve spoke with her. Sometimes she can be very lovely and kind, other times it’s obvious she does not like you, and wants nothing to do with you for absolutely no reason at all. Also, I am not the only person who has experienced this with the new management. As unfortunate as it is, this location is worse than it’s ever been, and with this management.. I don’t see it getting any better. Step it up Emmett, my recent visits have been pathetic.
