We called in an order. They took it. We never got confirmation of the order. After waiting way too long we went outside and found our food was delivered just off to the side. No knock on the door or ringing the doorbell. We even tipped 5$ for the order before hand. Service sucks. From now on if we ever do a delivery it will be a tip once delivered to our hands not left off to the side down the driveway.

I had the greatest service I've ever had at the JJ's in Emmett. First, I love Jimmy John's and go often all over the Treasure Valley. Sandwiches are always good and service is always ok. But the service I recieved at the Emmett store from Triston was absolutely spectacular. I went through the drive-thru at 8:08 pm on Thursday evening. Nothing spectacular about that. But when I ordered and drove up to the window to pick up my food, I was met by a super friendly (not the crawl in your car window friendly) and kind young man. Something about the way he made me feel really welcomed, especially so close to closing time, and how nice he was, made me think about the experience all the way back home. The service was also very fast and because Triston was so nice, I think my sandwich tasted even better than they have before. I live a long way from Emmett, don't go there very often, and have never been to this Jimmy John's before. But I would return to this Jimmy John's again, just to see if Triston would help me. Extremely highly recommended!

I have never in my life dealt with food service workers who were either extremely stoned and couldn’t function or just complete idiots I have worked in the fast food industry and I never will go back to this store! I love every other store I have been to but the one in Emmett Idaho is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to in my life!

Came in for a chicken wrap today. Asked for no tomatoes and avacado. I guess the Avacado spread is a bit difficult to put in without tomatoes but the guy at the drive through told me he did his best to make it! I was glad to have my order done correctly and they even gave my puppy a doggy treat. This is one of the best locations in Idaho!
Bought a smokey bourbon club with turkey, and a beach club+ potato salad and a drink. Got two the beach clubs my drink, no straw, and potatoes. Called and asked about my sandwich, took almost 40 minutes for them to actually make it and bring it to me. Double the time they took to get two Sammy's, potatoes and drink to me. "Freaky fast delivery", sometimes. Ass service.

Almost every time I order from this location, they mess up SOMETHING. It's always an excuse, for some reason or another, and today it was the app being finicky. I get these things happen, but it's happened so many times where my sandwich or drink is messed up that I'm over it. It took well over an hour from when I ordered to get my correct sandwich. I give them 2 stars because at least they will correct their mistakes and bring out the correct item, but it would be nice if for once it could be the first time around.
