We have given this location so many chances. They are slow, rude, and ALWAYS mess up orders. And if you call and let them know they messed up, they won't do anything about it. We go to JJ in many different locations and this is the only one we have issues at.

Usually very good I get home and paid extras for a giant #4 turkey added cheese and avacado spread instead they put on cucumbers..... not even close. I called they said if I wanted to drive back in to town they would do something about it. Really I just left 20 minutes ago why not say sorry next time your cheese and avocado would be without charge. They need to do better if they want to keep good business here in Emmett

Freaky Slow should be their motto here. I know this shop is new, but they are the slowest and most inaccurate Jimmy John's I've ever been to or ordered from. It's a shame as I was really excited to find they were finally in Emmett. Also very slow delivery.
I waited 40 minutes for my online order for one sandwich. Twenty minutes into my order they finally “accepted my order in the store” not freaky fast. This store needs assistance from corporate.

I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s and this Jimmy Johns was fantastic. It is very clean, has really nice employees and the food tasted better than usual! The bread was perfect! I had the privilege of meeting the owners and their family. Amazing people! They are very down to earth, full of integrity, and care about their customers. Definitely coming back!!!
