Great taste. Wishing the tortillas were more authentic. Chips and salsa with a side of beans on the house! Ordered a michelada but the waitress had no idea what that was, brought me a cold glass, better than nothing. Clean restroom. Busy but no waiting (Monday lunch rush) they do offer a buffet but ordering from the menu gives more option's. Will return without a doubt. Looks family owned and is updated and clean.

Being Michele W's father, I want to echo the review she made regarding our family's dining experience at La Costa this past Saturday April 5, 2025. We have regularly been coming to La Costa since we moved to Emmett in 2022 and have always had a great experience with both the food and service. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. Based on the rudeness of the employee interaction we had and being asked (no, really TOLD) to leave because they had another party that needed to be seated, we will most likely never return to La Costa again. I have never been asked to leave anywhere. As Michele stated, we had just finished paying our bill and were enjoying the last sips of our margaritas when the request to leave was made.
As we were leaving, we observed NO ONE waiting to be seated either inside or outside AND, the parking lot was less than half-full.
It's so sad to be treated like this...

Was in town visiting friends and my buddy suggested coming here for dinner. The staff was very friendly along with the atmosphere being very welcoming. The food was amazing and if you're passing through Emmett ID, make sure to stop by this amazing restaurant.
