I came by earlier and got a couple different items, I’ll spare you details but I paid in cash mind you about $24 worth of food and when I got home I got an entirely different order, if someone ordered a Big Mac, large fry, McDouble and 6 piece nugget and didn’t receive it, I’ve got it for ya haha, I would love to get a refund seeing as this is not the meal I ordered and I don’t eat beef from McDonald’s, but I don’t know how to get a refund if I paid cash, I also don’t have a receipt because I told the guy at the counter to toss it and that I didn’t need it but little did I know I would be needing it

Hands down one of the worst experiences at a McDonald's. They weren't busy yet it took forever for our food to come out. When it did it was wrong and the manager was downright rude. Don't come to this McDonald's.

There needs to be a way that the employees are alerted that their customers are at the cash register. And your front door is backward for a wheelchair. The ramp is to the south, and the door opens to the north to the so your door needs to be turned around, it wouldn't be impossible for a person to enter with a wheelchair it would just be a challenge

I can’t stand this place always too busy too expensive and everybody is so freaking stupid! I mean you all know I can’t cook my own meals since I live in Rupert and work in Emmett 4 days a week! So my meals mean a lot to me. Stop and think about my meal and make it the way you would want a meal. I don’t ask for my not even a few freebies but hey if that’s the way you want to run a business that’s on you. Alls I want is a good burger and fries but no that’s too much to ask for and why am I paying 20$ for a fee items? Please let me know when you want me to come get another meal with a smile on my face? Lol No not going back unless you bed me!

Ordered r food on app so we could pick up in person inside. They closed the lobby 2pm in the afternoon so I can’t go inside to pick up my food. Pulling a camper so can’t go thru drive thru.

I honestly do not like to write bad reviews. So all I will say is watch the movie Supersize It. Also, There was a finger nail found in somebody's chicken nuggets and feathers have been found in a lot of chicken nuggets.

Everytime I order no pickle on my cheese burger it always turns out to a plain cheese burger. No pickle means just no pickle. Everything else on it. It's happened more then once so be prepared for the employees to not be reading the tickets very often and messing up a 4 dollar burger and small fry. Over priced and still manage to mess it up lmao. Never again

I come in there every single morning for breakfast. Occasionally I come in and I have my little dog with me and I hold him in my arms I walk in I order food and stay by the door until my food is ready. Never had a problem before until today when the manager on shift Alexis was very rude and wouldn't even begin to take my order. I've never had this problem with any other person there. It's not like he was out running around on the floor. I walk there so I can't leave him out in a car while I order. Very inconsistent and there's a couple people that work there that are just straight up rude. I used to go there every morning but i won't be anymore. The saddest part is that McDonald's has enough money they don't care whether they lose business or not and it's a no wonder that nobody wants to work there they can never keep employees even at $15 an hour, which tells me that there's an issue with management not the employees themselves.

This was one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. No one was at the front register to take orders. I watched elderly folks wait over 15 minutes for a cashier before leaving. I ordered my food, and waited over 23 minutes just to get the wrong order.

The loud mouth idiot working the window screamed at us for saying hello. The food at this place sucks go next-door to Arctic Circle. The food is 10 times better and the service is way better when you don’t have a window licker trying to scream through the I hate this
