I come in there every single morning for breakfast. Occasionally I come in and I have my little dog with me and I hold him in my arms I walk in I order food and stay by the door until my food is ready. Never had a problem before until today when the manager on shift Alexis was very rude and wouldn't even begin to take my order. I've never had this problem with any other person there. It's not like he was out running around on the floor. I walk there so I can't leave him out in a car while I order. Very inconsistent and there's a couple people that work there that are just straight up rude. I used to go there every morning but i won't be anymore. The saddest part is that McDonald's has enough money they don't care whether they lose business or not and it's a no wonder that nobody wants to work there they can never keep employees even at $15 an hour, which tells me that there's an issue with management not the employees themselves.

This was one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. No one was at the front register to take orders. I watched elderly folks wait over 15 minutes for a cashier before leaving. I ordered my food, and waited over 23 minutes just to get the wrong order.

The loud mouth idiot working the window screamed at us for saying hello. The food at this place sucks go next-door to Arctic Circle. The food is 10 times better and the service is way better when you don’t have a window licker trying to scream through the I hate this

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's anywhere. I gave up after standing in line for 10 minutes. Only one person working as cashier, all kiosks locked so the only choice was for one person to wait on 5 people. Fast food isn't fast at this location.

I used to work here, so hiii, hello. The turn-over rate is high, meaning that, if it's slow, it might be because a new employee is learning the ropes. Other reasons include mandatory cleaning, as well as machines sometimes breaking down. I mention this because a lot of people get really angry about wait times, and it wears down on employees. On top of that, they're running around trying to get things out within around 2 minutes. I just ask that anyone who reads this thinks about how to wield their anger. There are productive uses for anger, for sure!! But anger at employees doesn't fix machines, clean machines, make food cook faster, or make the employee feel wonderful about their job (high turn over rate).
Actual review. The food is okay, it's McDonald's. It's good comfort food, but nothing inspiring. The service is usually rushed, because they are usually swamped. If you want a front-counter order, and don't want to wait, try to not come in at peak times. The inside is okay, nothing zesty. If tables aren't cleaned, it's, again, probably because they are busy.
I hope no one was coming to McDonald's expecting shining floors, perfectly perfect smiley employees, and food so juicy it makes you think of younger days.

Used to love this McDonald's but the last 3 times I've been there spending $50 or more I'm one having to wait 30 to 45 mins then when I do get it it's only half or some one else food today I had it when for the 2nd time gave my food to another car and have to wait even longer the 1st time they did this I watch them had the food to a car outside and the lady dig thur it then bring it back in seen it was my order and was gonna hand it to me to take then to when I asked for new cause everything was unwrapped wanted to walk off making comments idk what happen but needs to be fix it getting to point I'll drive 45 mins to another location
