Live in Emmett and have 2 small children who enjoy Happy Meals...First, we visit once a week and dine in the restaurant, so this is an extended review. Tables and bathrooms are always well taken care of and clean. The staff at this location are sweet to our kids and walk our food to our table every time, this is a nice touch. The meals are always consistent and they get our order right every single visit. The staff dress attire is always nice and they match shirts and denim jeans, repeating the brand well. Straws, forks, that kind of stuff is always behind the counter, so a bit challenged to source and often need to wait in line to get those after the fact, which is why the 4 star and not a 5 star review. If I owned a Mc D's franchise this location is a model for others.

I have noticed within the last 3 months their staff has gotten much friendlier, patient and helpful. It is nice to see smiles on their faces. I know working fast food is hard and they are having to deal with many rude impatient people so, being able to maintain a smile in dealing with that element say's a lot about their staff.

I went to have a caramel sundae and the ice cream tasted fake??!!! I'm not sure which ice cream base they use but it definitely isn't the same as everywhere else ? August 18/202245 min for my order it is now 9:08 pm ? . I think they need another manager just to get the lines moving . They're so slow. You can literally sit in a diner ,order the food, and take just as long .Someone took out the sign yikes. Oh boy, I hope they had insurance ??

This place is understaffed for sure. Also, the playground in the picture is deceiving. There is no playground at this location. I was pretty disappointed bringing 3 boys, gotta tell ya.Food didn't show up correctly, I had to ask for the rest of my food and was asked to provide a receipt before the waiter would bring it out.

Are used to drive in to get dinner, I ordered my food. The guy was very polite. When I got to the window to pay he said they only had one apple pie, and if I wanted to switch, so I got cookies to go with the pie. I went to the next window. I waited five to 7 minutes and they asked me to pull to the next window. I was frustrated but I did I waited over 10 minutes at the next window. Nobody brought me any food nobody said anything! I pulled up got out of my car went in for 3 to 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, there was no bell to ring and no one would come out and talk to me. Finally here comes a person and has a bag of food and I said I sure hope that’s my food that I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for! They handed it to me didn’t say a word I said this is ridiculous! Walked out the door. Then I go to eat my food. The fries are cold and hard! My chicken nuggets were warm but extremely hard! I ask for honey to dip my chicken nuggets and I got honey mustard which I can’t stand! I’ve paid $14.21 for a meal that all I ate was the apple pie! Worst service terrible food very disappointed!

My girlfriend was eating her quarter pounder when she pulled a hair about 6 inches long out of the burger. This is absolutely unacceptable and the cooks need to be wearing hairnets no matter what.

I stopped at McDonald's drive-through tonight to get fast food. The guy that took my order was friendly. After I paid, I went to the next window and I waited for 5 to 7 minutes and then they asked me to pull up to the next window, I was frustrated, but I did. I waited for over 10 minutes. No one came out. I finally pulled up, got out of my car when in trying to get someone's attention, no one would come to the front. There was no visor or bell to ring. After at least five minutes, I finally got someone's attention and they brought a bag and I said I sure hope that is my drive-through order. I ordered over 15 minutes ago and three cars had got their food and moved past me! The lady didn't say anything and gave it to me! I said this is ridiculous. I get in my car the fries are cold and hard! My chicken nuggets are disgustingly hard I ordered two apple pies. They only had one so they gave me cookies in place and the cookies are hard! This is ridiculous very very disgusted. A waste of my $14.21!!! I asked for honey for dipping for my chicken nuggets I got honey mustard! I hate that! If I order some thing, I expect to get it correctly, and in a timely manner
