We received excellent service, the food was great. We had pizzas, wings, salad bar, and bread sticks. The kids enjoyed all the games. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 7 year olds birthday!

This place was good, was a little disappointed with the service as it took quite awhile for us to get our food. Not sure if they were understaffed that day or what and the place wasn't packed. We ordered wings, the twisted breadstix, a pizza and salad, everything was good. My only complaint is that the lettuce was sitting in water which made our salad really wet.

Great service and really nice folks running the place. The pizza was on point with an abundance of toppings than I'm not used to getting (most places skimp to make a buck). I will be sure to eat there again when I'm in town.

This is easily some of the best pizza in the United States. Worth traveling for!!! Corporate pizza.. (dominoes, pizzahut) couldn’t get close to this if they spent millions of dollars and actually tried. When I die, bury me with a Pizza Factory pie. 🤤🤤🤤

We just had a pizza party there for the cast and crew of A Neverland Adventure. People and their service were great 👍. Pretty good pizza and the kids had a blast

Grandparents day at the preschool and Grandparents were offered a $5 slice of pizza and drink. My husband and I got a salad bar with out looking at it first. It was 11:30 before the lunch rush and it was out of most everything but the lettuce. I told the staff that the salad bar needed restocked but they didn't. They continued to sell salad and I watched several disgruntled customers try to make due with what was there. I paid $28 for 3 skimpy slices of pizza, 2 skimpy salads and 2 drinks. If it wasn't for my granddaughter and her friends being ther I would have asked for a refund. Won't recommend and won't be back.
