Whenever we come here they always make sure everything is good and that the food is amazing. We've never been let down here and we go to the Pizza Factory all the time.

Ordered linguica, didn’t get any. Would’ve been nice to at least have been offered a substitute topping if they are out of linguica since it charges for each topping, sucks not getting what you pay for :/ good food though, just would be nice if they were able to keep linguica in stock.

Owners are conceded, super judgemental. I overheard a conversation they were having and it was not only completely racist it was terrible the things they were laughing about and saying about their own employees. Food is ok, expensive, not a bad lobby to eat in but I will never return due to the horrible people who own it. If you heard what I did, you would never go there again

I attended the Convention of States Town Hall in Emmett twice now and Pizza Factory delivered great tasting pizzas both times.Pizza Factory makes such delicious pizzas and their delivery was perfect. My favorite pizza had on it a white sauce with chicken, bacon, and pineapple. Super yum!! The crust was buttery.Thank you so much everyone at Pizza Factory! You're an awesome bunch. I've been going to Pizza Factories for 20 plus years and love the food.I was over charged $10.00 on my order and when I brought it to the employees attention he told me the prices haven't been updated in the menus. Either he is scamming or the resturant is.Response: There's no way you just forgot to update the prices on your menu.
