It's Sonic. It's not a fine dinning establishment. Went here on Christmas Night and the fryer oil was clean and the food was excellent. Also the employees were in good spirits. I will be back

My experiences have fluctuated at this store; due to the store location, there has always been frequent turn overs. Along with these staffing changes, as did the service.Since the new management with Russell, it has been the most efficient and consistent than it’s been for several years.I can see his training and leadership by example has been well worth it. I hope to continue to see this store’s hard work and become reestablished, better reflecting how the store is currently ran; the hard work and dedication is very much appreciated.

It's all a drive thru/drive in so the atmosphere will be whatever your car is.I love the Cerry Limeades. It's my favorite drink to order here.Whenever I've come here the service has been good and the workers have been cheerful.

I only ever order chicken from here, so the chicken is a 5. I bet anything else is terrible though, because I'm autistic and I only like chicken.The charming kings and queens who take orders and stuff are slaying all day, and I love the shawty baes in the building making the chicken. Kiss kiss.Atmosphere? It's Sonic. You sit in a car and eat food. Or, if you are feeling spicy, park at Albertsons and sit outside the building. I dunno. Best part is watching those dashing kings and queens sprinting around, giving food to the cars parked in the little service slots. So slay, so yass. It inspires me.Anyways, the chicken is great, I'm glad they make food and stuff, and uh. Yeah. Keep making chicken please god.Edit: why can I not select more chicken for recommended dishes???????!!!!Parking: There's a lot of slots. Also, Albertsons parking lot.

The people taking the orders always seem arrogant and rude. Every time. The ones in the back making the burgers though have really stepped it up in the past couple months. Before that I wouldn't feed it to my dog but now it's awesome. The cooks deserve more credit. The ones up front definitely need to work on their people skills and I've talked to several people who agree.
For years i have not gone to Sonic because of bad experiences, but i thought i would give them a try again. The fries i got with my meal last night were limp and literally cold. I had to feed them to my dogs. Last week i got tater tots and asked that they be fried crisp. The server at the window even asked the cook if they were crisp, after glancing in the bag. She assured him they were. They were barely done, hence the fries this time. Not only that, i got no fry sauce, no ketchup,(that i requested) and not even 1 napkin. I work too hard for my money to waste it here. Clearly this location is not interested in making money.

Was not impressed with the meal at all. I had the 5 piece chicken tenders with tots, the chicken was thin, the tots were mush, and i had a m&m blast, it was more m&m ice cream. Just wasn't for me.

I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews, but I need to be honest here. It took 25 min to clarify our order of only 5 shakes and 4 soft pretzels. Finally, we had to get a manager to clarify, and she also took 3 times to clarify. After waiting patiently for our snacks that took 30+ minutes to receive, we didn't get an apology. I asked for a courtesy discount for taking up so much of our time and frustrating the family. As a manager, I would have tried to make amends with the customer... but we instead were denied any way to earn our continued business and the woman who was manager on 9/23/2023 was not polite. I rank as one of Google's top 5-10% of reviewers, and it brings me no pleasure to report this. Sorry Emmet, Idaho Sonic, sadly we will not be back.
