Idk how you can have a job and not be able to read basic orders. I guess that’s all a place that only pays $12/hr in Emmett Idaho can get for help. With this level of reoccurring incompetence I start questioning the cleanliness.

I came in yesterday around dinner time to get myself a meatball sub, I was told that it was too late to make anymore meatballs for the day. Mind you it was 6:30pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Not sure why they said this but it was pretty obvious that they were just being lazy.

Order saidIt wouldn't be done for about forty five minutes went to pick it up.And they said they were out of everything.This is the second time it's happened to me in two months.Not very happy about it, cuz.They did not want to cook meatballs.. ordered at 5:30 pm was supposed to be ready by 6:10 walked in to grab food and it wasn't made.They informed me that they were out of meatballs and did not want to cook them

Pretty good sandwich. And normal prices. But the HUGE problem that I have with them is they were playing rap music in the store. And when I told one of the employee's that I wasn't impressed with the music. He just gave me a dumb look. And didn't say anything. Or do anything. This is Emmett idaho. NOT Compton California.

I ordered a Hotshot Italiano through the app for carryout. They were very busy when I grabbed my sandwich. Got home, and it was perfect! I have not had a Subway sandwich look like that in a long time. When back told Kierstyn and Tyler what an amazing job they did and thanked them for it. I'm going to be going to Emmett Subway a lot more. THANKS Kierstyn and Tyler for the AMAZING Hot Italiano!!!

I typically order online and 100% of the time I asked for my sandwiches toasted and 100% of the sandwich isn’t toasted. The employees are dicks most of the time and never add the extra items asked for in the order. The manager needs to train the employees to follow the online orders in their entirety. Every single time I’m disappointed.

This Subway sucks! Everytime Subway has an on line special this Emmett seems to have on line ordering problems like right now. When no other Subway in Boise, Meridian, Namp never have a problem. I think it is on purpose. time to file a complaint with Subway Corperate and the BBB.

Went into before closing, the worker decided what sandwich I was getting for me, they didn’t have many choices out, couldn’t use the oven for my sandwich, seemed like they had an attitude that they were trying to close, I’ve worked in food before and it sucks but suck it up buttercup. $25 for 2 sandwiches and terrible service. Will not be going back in.

Yesterday 05/03/24 I asked my husband to stop and get me lunch while I was at work. I hadn't eaten all Day and was looking forward to having my regular steak n cheese, with chocolate chip cookies, and a vitamin water. My husband brought me lunch and after I took a sip of the vitamin water I noticed it tasted off. I looked at the date and it is almost 4 months expired. When I called and requested to speak with the manager, not only was I given attitude, but I was told they wouldn't do anything to fix the issue, only the manager could. They didn't offer to replace the drink, and when I told them they can get someone sick having expired drinks in their cooler, and that they need to go through it, all I got was more attitude. The girl who I spoke to did not Give me her name, but I assured her I'd be in later to speak with the manager about getting my money back. I am never going to eat here ever again and will be bringing in the expired drink. I also ended up not eating the sandwich not only due to the fear of the food being expired but also because of how i was treated by the employee. Also there were no cookies available.

Server had radio turned up so loud it was difficult to place my order. Server spoke 3 words English and got every part of our order wrong.

I ordered a spicy Italian. The counter staff were slow. The way the counter is configured with the ingredient lid open you cannot see them making your sandwich anymore. When I unwrapped my sub it was mostly bread. 3 slices of pepperoni and 3 slices of salami. Worst sub I have gotten here, especially considering each meal is $10 or more.

The employees should change their gloves after restocking the product before they continue making your sandwiches.... I'm always reminding them please change your gloves before touching anyone's food.
