This specific Taco Bell location is consistently the slowest service of any restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. Don't think it's going to be quick because they have a drive-thru. You need to allow at least 20 to 30 minutes.

Multiple times I have come for breakfast and I sit at the drive thru for 15 minutes before I give up. When I order online then come through the drive thru it's usually a 20 minute wait. Usually something from my order is missing or I get someone else's order all together. Make sure you check your order before leaving.

Avoid this place at all costs! The food is absolutely disgusting. Soggy tortillas, filled with fake cheese (even though the picture shows real cheese), and little else for almost $7 each. Ended up tossing the food.

I waited 20 MINUTES for 3 items !!! And as I walked in to order I could hear the manager screaming at the employees . After 20 minutes I went up and let them know how long I had been waiting and the lady laughed and said “ I’m not surprised “ absolutely awful service . 1) you should maybe NOT scream at your employees in front of an entire gas station / fast food restaurant. Super unprofessional.. and 2) ITS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT whyyyyy is it taking 20 minutes ???? Desperately Needs better management .

Didn't have 3 of the things we ordered even though we called and they said they did. Food was iffy, and the drinks that they substituted were the wrong size. They also gave us barely a quarter of the container of nacho cheese for the nacho fries. Also it gave me food poisoning so there's that.This was my first time having this taco bell and it's safe to say I don't think I'll have it ever again.

The food at Taco Bell was good, but the service? Not so much. We were in the drive-thru for 27 minutes, and the guy on the intercom — young, tall, blonde — sounded super rushed and annoyed while taking our order. He kept asking if that was it after every item, like he didn’t want to be there. When I asked to add something at the window, he got snarky.
I get it, everyone has bad days, but I’ve worked in food service too, and even on rough days, I try to stay positive. It just felt like he hated his job. Meanwhile, at least five other employees were outside just chatting — and this place probably only has 5–6 people working at this late hour.
So yeah, food was fine, but the service definitely needs some work ( and they gave me 10 mini donuts instead of 12.😢)

Overall, a very nice place to get budget food. The drinks are good, and the boxes are even better. Everything always comes out hot and fresh, and the people working the drive thru are very nice. It is behind a gas station, making it feel kind sketchy, but other than that, it's still very nice.
I ordered 3 meals on August 7th, and all of the crunchy shells were terribly stale. We couldn't get past the stale smell and all three of us deemed them not edible. I took them back and was told there was nothing they could do. I was hoping to get a replacement with flour shells, but that wasn't an option and I never got my money back. Really disappointed. I received a gift card for Taco Bell today. I'm going to wait until I'm in Boise to use it.

I went up to the counter and a women named lois stopped making food to take my order and was moody twords me. She took my order and went back to making food without changing her gloves. I wasnt happy with the mood she gave off. I got my food and i went home just to see my order was wrong i have gone here multiple times and this really made me not want to come back

Stop All You High School Students Getting Your Lunch From Here! This place Sucks at its best! You guys know I work hard with all I have to put up with I look forward to a decent meal! Come on, kids need an income I get that but what’s the deal with not getting what I ordered??? When I go through the drive through alls I want is what I ordered! Not your advice with additional stuff that I have no intention on listening to your suggestions or recommendations! What is Taco Bell becoming a one stop order and your employees are now connoisseurs of freaking tacos? Again I hate eating out in Emmett! You guys suck!

Staff was super friendly, and the food was fresh and hot! It was hot enough that it was still hot and delicious when I got home about 15 minutes away! Food was really well portiond and I could taste every ingredient in every bite!! I was extremely tired when went to get my food and in a bit of a mood due to being tired, but had a smile on my face by the time I left the drive through! Everyone I interacted with was smiling, and seemed like thwu genuinely cared about making sure my food was made properly and made well!!
