Juiciest burger on a good bun, crisp, lightly seasoned fries with above average fry sauce! Super cozy with fireplace to drink by. Simple menu but well thought out. Loved this place! Worth the drive from Ketchum. Good value too!

Fuego is a must-stop when in the Wood River Valley. It offers a cozy western atmosphere, and the staff, all family, are incredibly friendly. The food is amazing, with generous portions. The tri-tip is unbelievable.

Sadly, service was terrible, 45 minutes to get appetizers which was overcooked ahi, coconut shrimp was clearly frozen, terrible. Certainly not worth the drive to Bellevue and not worthy of a place to eat. Hopeful it was going to be an improvement from Main St. It was not. Country Club is laughable, sad.

Nice place near nowhere (not really, just in the beautiful countryside).The staff is welcoming and warm. The food is delicious. If you like lobster, I recommend the Macaroni Lobster. It is a delight. All four of us enjoyed our dinner and time spent at Fuego. Highly recommended.
