We visited this wine cellar for my daughter’s bachelorette party, and it could not have been a better experience! The owner and bartenders were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and outgoing. They accommodated our large group with smiles and went above and beyond to make the evening special for my daughter.
One of the highlights was how thoughtful they were, not only did they make sure we had a fun and memorable time, but they also looked out for our safety, ensuring all of us ladies made it to our cars safely in the dark. That extra care really stood out.
If you’re looking for great wine, great people, and a place that makes you feel truly valued as a guest, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

If you're in Garden Valley, ID, and are looking for a fun, tasty, unique, friendly experience, do yourself a favor and go to The Hinge. My husband and I arrived in town on a Thursday night at 8 PM after a grueling 10-hour motorcycle ride. We were exhausted and very hungry. Every other restaurant nearby closed at 8 PM and wouldn't serve us, but we saw The Hinge was open so we stopped in. It was busy but we were greeted in a very friendly manner right away and served up some homemade smoked pork sliders and tacos that were freaking delicious. I had some great wine and my husband had beer, but what stood out to us was the incredible service. The bar had quite a few guests that were fairly noisy, and after a long day on the road, we just wanted to relax and enjoy some peace. One of the owners who runs the place with her husband suggested the back patio which was private and peaceful and beautiful. It was just what we were looking for. She also went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay the following night! We were just blown away by her and her husband's hospitality! Service like this is truly hard to find. We left with full bellies, and big smiles, with hearts full of gratitude for these kind-hearted people, who genuinely care for their customers. Excellent experience!!!

Hands down AMAZING!! Food is phenomenal, service is out of this world. This is a must go to place. Beautifully remodelled and all around 15 stars. You can’t get better than this place. They have a beautiful balcony where you can watch bands play. I took a group of 10 and we will be back!!! Thank you for making it an amazing experience.

This business is one of the big reasons we love staying in the Crouch (Garden Valley), ID area. Recently remodeled they have a great selection of wine and beer. If available, you have to try their pizza! Owners know how to take care of customers!! Highly recommend stopping at the Hinge if you are in the GV area.
