My mother in law said this was the best burger in the Magic Valley, and she is probably right. Great burger, great service. If you want your burger served in under 3 minutes, go get fast food. If you want your burger to taste awesome, go to Stampede.

I was passing through town while traveling and I googled restaurants in the area and this one actually came up as a coffee shop, but I wanted to stop in for a quick sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised. At first glance, the outside definitely needs some work, but as soon as I walked in, everybody was super friendly, and almost every table was full, and it smelled delicious! I ended up ordering a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion pickle, and oh my gosh it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve eaten in a really long time! The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, even the bun was buttered and grilled. All the girls that work there were very friendly and helpful, and I can tell most of the folks eating in there were locals because one of the servers went and sat down and chatted with some of them. I would definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here if you’re in town:)

If you leave there still hungry, it's your own fault. They feed you well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly service. Definitely a good choice for a date or family dinner.

Quite a surprise! All we expected was a decent burger, What I , got was an awesome 1/3lb burger, a pile of fries and a great sauce. My wife got the great chicken strips and yummy onion rings, Great atmosphere and very friendly people. We were going to stop off at McDonald's for a snack before heading h.ome when we spotted this little gem. We are so glad we did! We don't live close by but we like to drive out and see the farms progress during the summer. Now we have a new destination - Stampede Burger! For not much more than a wannabe burger you can get the real McCoy. Take Exit 157 off I-84 and head left to Gooding. It's on Main Street so you can't miss it. Maybe we'll see you there because we are going back, again and again!

This place has a real Idaho nostalgia to it! The food was spot on, ordered dinner steaks and the meat was so tender with no gristle or bad spots. Color me impressed
