I've been coming here for a couple years now. The owners run a real tight ship. The servers are the best in the business. Their breakfasts are outstanding. Their Ribeye and Prime Rib and fish dinners are some of the best in Idaho regardless of where you go. Desserts are abundant and great as well. Beer and wine are plentiful also. Simply one of the finer eating experiences you'll have in Idaho.

Atmosphere and Great Food
I've traveled most of the country and eaten at some very fine restaurants as well as the home spun types. This place is like no other. Aside from their legendary breakfasts they now feature some outstanding dinner options. Their Prime Rib and Barbecued Chicken are class leading. The services is by some very caring folks that are very attentive. Their finger steaks are the best of those found in Idaho so far. Some of the desserts are made by a co-owners that grew up in the business and is one heck of a baker. This is one place that if you're in the area you don't want to miss stopping and indulging.

We got take out dinner and it was very good. Salad bar, and the waitstaff provided a side of turkey and ham since there were no meats in the salad bar. Otherwise there was a nice selection of vegetables, beean salad, potato saled, and salad toppings. We tried the strawberry cheesecake strudel, which was okay but I liked the plain cheesecake better. The restaurant had AC and was nice and clean. The waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Hagerman.

We waited more than 1 hour for our food after ordering. We asked the waitress twice to check on our order. Only one order of 4 was correct…the clam chowder. Sides were wrong, burgers not cooked or dressed as ordered, grilled cheese not grilled. The bathroom was clean, but no paper towels. When I mentioned this to an employee they replied ‘I know.’ No action. The brick floor in the dining room was sticky!
Went to dinner, not a large party, 7 people total. Mostly burgers and sandwiches. after an hour and half from ordering still waiting on food. Yet 4 tables have been served, ate and yet still waiting. The staffs only comments are was the kitchen is slammed, yet not slammed enough to get those other 4 tables of 6+ people parties taken care of. Maybe a kitchen staff that could follow as orders come in or servers that didn't take other tables food, would be appreciated.

Because several friends from work all meet there even though individual we were charged the group tip of 20% which is sad because if it wasn't for the compulsory tip added to the bill I would have tipped 25-30%.
