Our favorite local restaurant, food is always delicious and great service
Had to visit this place after watching a youtuber we follow about rving. Well worth the stop for the fish n chips.
We had a great dinner - crispy chicken salad, curly fries, and bloody mary. They make their own salad dressing. We tried the ranch and blue cheese, both very good. The restaurant was on the small side but was clean and had AC. There were a few tables outside and smoking was allowed there. It took a while to get our food but we weren't in a hurry so that wasn't an issue. There was only one server and she was flat-out amazing. No one wanted for anything - she was fast, efficient, and friendly. The curly fries had that double-fried taste and not greasy at all. I recommend this restaurant if you are in Hagerman.
Rolling through town on a quick trip and found the Riverboat. The meal was outstanding, the portions generous, and the price was surprisingly fair. Who could ask for more? Highly recommend!
Great burgers
Fries soggy as heck. Bread for the French dip was stail. Tortilla chips instead of advertised bread for the artichoke dip! Bummer. So much for impressing my visitors. Won't be back.

Highly recommend finger steaks as well as Italian nachos. My kids love both. However all of their burgers are good as well. Hard to go wrong at this establishment.

Pleasant little diner. Cheap setup, food wasnt bad, but the portions could use work. I ordered fish & chips. Got 2 skinny fried fish and some soft fries. It tasted good, but was 1-2 fish shy of what i would have expected for the price.
Overall; id probably try it again.

We tried stopping in for lunch today for the finger steaks. We arrived at 11:05 on our way home from Twin. We sat in the parking lot for a bit to check the hours to make sure they were open, hours on their website and google both showed they open at 11am. While in the parking lot, a truck came screaming into the parking space beside us, a lady got out and ran inside the bar. We tried going into the restaurant side but it was locked so we entered into the bar where the lady from the parking lot was entering something into the POS system. This lady must have been the server. A couple of guys were up at the bar already. We asked if the restaurant was open and the lady turned to look at us as if we were a total inconvenience to her and said "Nope, not yet". She didn't say another word, just stood there and stared at us. She was incredibly rude. The gentleman at the bar directed us across the street for brunch. We were bummed, we took the long way home just to go have lunch there. Not sure we will be back with that kind of service. In this day and age, bad employees will kill your business.

The trout was beautifully cooked, they were able to make something for us with a dairy allergy, and the service was prompt. It was delicious, and I can’t wait to stop here again.
