It was a special occasion and we were put in the bar area where it was very loud. We asked to be moved to a quieter area where there were several vacant tables. We were told they were reserved. These tables were still vacant when we left.

The food was very good. The value was average. Had the crab cakes appetizer and there were only two of them plus a little coleslaw. I had the gaucho steak for my entree and it was very good. My friend had the rack of lamb which was also very good. Enjoyed the carrot cake after, but it did have nuts on the back so I only had one bite there and my tongue started itching(I'm allergic). Overall I'd rate it a 8.5/10.

Are you kidding me? This place makes me smile every time I make the turn north onto main street. I really enjoy the inside and outside options. Their wine selection is great and their specials impress. It's both at home comfort and top level service. Can't wait to visit again.

Always thought this was a great place, after our dinner last night not anymore…first of all we were charged 1.50$ per olive with our cocktails???? Who does that? The 22$ burger was the size of a slider, dry and all bun!! Fries were extra! My husband had the “special “ rib eye. Ordered medium, came out almost raw with so much fat he barely could eat it. Disappointing as we always were excited to go to CK’s and bring out of town guests as well. Now sadly it won’t be on our list of great places to go.
I had an incredibly disturbing experience at CK’s Real Food. After dining there, I fell seriously ill due to what I can only assume was bad quality food. I was rushed to the hospital, and when I reached out to the restaurant about my medical expenses, they refused to take any responsibility or cover my bill.
The food was subpar at best, and the lack of concern for customer safety is shocking. I strongly advise against dining here unless you want to risk your health. Avoid CK’s Real Food at all costs!

The food is very good and mostly local. Ambience and table service also impeccable. The problem was that the hostess (owner?) phoned us at 5:07 just as we were pulling into parking space making sure we were really coming (reservation was for 5:00, confirmed X2 via OpenTable & restaurant). But the real offense was that at exactly 7:00pm, she informed us (ungraciously) that the next people scheduled for our table of four had arrived and we had to leave. She didn't bother to "read" the table and see that we were just about to leave anyway. Further, there was no one waiting in the lobby or bar; indeed as we waited for one of our party to use the restroom, a couple did check-in (but they weren't there when she kicked us out). Her behavior felt rude & insensitive. Despite a lovely evening & meal, and that this was our sixth time to CK's, we left feeling kinda soured and thinking we might try one of the other fine restaurants in town next time.

Awful Experience at CK’s Real Food
