We had a special menu, 20 oz Ribeye steak; we were able to split into to dishes; it was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly, not salty but just full of flavor. Also had steamed clam, it was fresh and delicious. Corkage fee is 35, in case someone is thinking of bringing a bottle.

I am writing specifically to critique the recent pasta addition to CK’s menu. My husband and have frequented CK’s for years, and have often lamented that the menu never changes including the so called “specials.” So I was very happy to see a pasta dish on the menu for the first time in over 10 years. Sadly, not only was the dish substandard in every respect, but it was hugely overpriced. The vegetables were stir-fried to the point of being unrecognizable and tasteless and the noodles presented as if they had been boiled the day before and reheated in too much oil. Overall, the dish was similar to reheated, leftover chowmein without the flavor. So even though I was excited to see the pasta addition to the menu, the dish needs substantial improvement to warrant the $40 price tag. Such a disappointment.

CK’s is probably the best restaurant in the valley. The food, service and atmosphere are all amazing. There also is plenty of easy parking. Definitely worth a visit.

We were seated very quickly. The steamed clams were amazing!! The Dirty Dawg was one of the best drinks I have ever had. So refreshing! We had the Alaskan Cod and the steak!! Perfectly cooked and the ambiance was amazing!! We will be back!

CK’s Real Food in Hailey is absolutely worth the short drive from Ketchum or Sun Valley. The gourmet farm-to-table dishes are always seasonal and always delicious. Excellent service, warm ambience, and don’t skip dessert — the house toffee is to die for!
Excellent service. Lamb was perfectly prepared and the Old Fashioned was excellent. This is our second trip to CKs and I'm sure we'll be back.
