The food with our local Dominos is overall OK. However, the delivery time and customer service has not been a great experience for me almost every time I’ve ordered delivery. It takes almost an hour to an hour and a half to receive and 50% of the time my order is wrong, maybe they are just short staffed but they shouldn’t say a 30 minute wait time if they know it’s going to be well over an hour
Sitting waiting for my order on site and noticed they did not wash thier hands, did not wear gloves before preparing the food.....:/

Ordered delivery, said 35 minutes , called about 80 minutes later and they said 10 minutes more. Pizza tasted like it had sat in box for all 90 minutes. Should have read reviews about delivery.

Never order delivery. It might not get to you or you wait over two hours . Or if you order it for pick up you might go in to see employees in there and multiple orders to be made and everyone sitting around. I have given this place many chances and I am always disappointed. I guess if you want to wait over two hours for a delivery and get a cold pizza and then a free pizza because they failed horribly, you will have free pizza for life. At least the pizza doesn't taste terrible but for accountability, dependability and customer service this Domino's is the worst I have EVER come across.

Normally great service, speed and accuracy. After 2 attempts at delivering my order, (wrong order the first time and wrong topping the 2nd time, one of which I have an allergy) I was treated very rudely by a woman named Sara. After the 3rd try at getting my order right, the driver told me that Sara is the manager. Very unprofessional.
