Atrocious service! You are better off just getting a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. I placed an online order and immediately called to see if I could delay them cooking since I live 45min away in Carey. It rang for four minutes with nobody answering. I hung up and tried again, and an incredibly rude woman answered. I politely asked if they could delay my pizza and she said it was already ready for pick up, which makes no sense since I just placed the order five minutes ago. She said “pick up in 20 minutes“ and hung up on me. That also doesn’t make any sense if the pizza is ready. I tried calling him back and explaining, as I don’t think she spoke much English, but to no avail. Reading all these other reviewsI’m worried that maybe she will have tampered with the pizza.

Don’t not order online! I got charged twice with no pizza! Called my bank, and my bank told me to contact them, contacted them and they said they had no record of my order so I had to call my bank dispute my charges. Stole $100 from me with no pizza or even care that they changed me twice and refused to make the pizzas and reverse charges. Awful service on resolving this issue. If you are from out of town and don’t want your entire bank card or trip on hold I would absolutely not recommend! Truly upset and annoyed by this entire situation!

Yesterday I spent 45$ on cold and gross pizza. I ordered it ahead of time to receive it at 8:15 pm. I didn't receive it till 9:20 pm. I tried calling numerous times and no answer. This will be the last time I ordered from them. I rather buy frozen pizza, it will taste better anyway.

Sat in quality check for nearly an hour, tried calling to see what was going on and no one answered (let the phone ring for almost 5 min), pizza was not fully cooked, pizza was soggy, sat long enough before I got it that the bottom of the box was soggy also. When the delivery driver showed up, shoved my food into my hand while saying here turned around and left.

I am unable to walk Domino's is only four blocks away from my address It took them over an hour to get here and it was 11:30 in the morning I called to cancel the order but nobody wanted to answer when the driver showed up he did not speak any English to understand that I did not want the pizza anymore. The driver is not the problem, it's in the manger.

Over charged by $21.00 and the Hailey domino's manager would not take time to fix it. I have the receipt$14.97 and they charged me $35.16 on my debit card.It would have been an easy if the manager was doing her job properly - But I had to go to the bank to dispute the charge.

I bought a pizza today and there was so much sauce it was inedible.when I tried calling there was no answer. Maybe because the mariachi music was so loud they couldn’t hear the phone.
Every time I think it's going to be different . I just keep recycling the same free pizza concession they give every time they screw up an order . Whether it be an undercooked doughy pizza (90%) to a rancid salad , and tonite they forgot my drink and my receipt. Its been an ongoing saga for 4 years . Just keep thinking they will get it right . Sadly no .
