Yesterday I spent 45$ on cold and gross pizza. I ordered it ahead of time to receive it at 8:15 pm. I didn't receive it till 9:20 pm. I tried calling numerous times and no answer. This will be the last time I ordered from them. I rather buy frozen pizza, it will taste better anyway.

DO NOT RECOMEND, this place should be CLOSED its super dirty, your pizza will have hair on it, it happen to me once and I let it pass but this time, I wasted my money for a pizza full of hair. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!

Sat in quality check for nearly an hour, tried calling to see what was going on and no one answered (let the phone ring for almost 5 min), pizza was not fully cooked, pizza was soggy, sat long enough before I got it that the bottom of the box was soggy also. When the delivery driver showed up, shoved my food into my hand while saying here turned around and left.

I am unable to walk Domino's is only four blocks away from my address It took them over an hour to get here and it was 11:30 in the morning I called to cancel the order but nobody wanted to answer when the driver showed up he did not speak any English to understand that I did not want the pizza anymore. The driver is not the problem, it's in the manger.

Over charged by $21.00 and the Hailey domino's manager would not take time to fix it. I have the receipt$14.97 and they charged me $35.16 on my debit card.It would have been an easy if the manager was doing her job properly - But I had to go to the bank to dispute the charge.

Every time I think it's going to be different . I just keep recycling the same free pizza concession they give every time they screw up an order . Whether it be an undercooked doughy pizza (90%) to a rancid salad , and tonite they forgot my drink and my receipt. Its been an ongoing saga for 4 years . Just keep thinking they will get it right . Sadly no .

The food with our local Dominos is overall OK. However, the delivery time and customer service has not been a great experience for me almost every time I’ve ordered delivery. It takes almost an hour to an hour and a half to receive and 50% of the time my order is wrong, maybe they are just short staffed but they shouldn’t say a 30 minute wait time if they know it’s going to be well over an hour
