Never order delivery. It might not get to you or you wait over two hours . Or if you order it for pick up you might go in to see employees in there and multiple orders to be made and everyone sitting around. I have given this place many chances and I am always disappointed. I guess if you want to wait over two hours for a delivery and get a cold pizza and then a free pizza because they failed horribly, you will have free pizza for life. At least the pizza doesn't taste terrible but for accountability, dependability and customer service this Domino's is the worst I have EVER come across.

Normally great service, speed and accuracy. After 2 attempts at delivering my order, (wrong order the first time and wrong topping the 2nd time, one of which I have an allergy) I was treated very rudely by a woman named Sara. After the 3rd try at getting my order right, the driver told me that Sara is the manager. Very unprofessional.

I ordered some cheesy bread just now from here and before I had even opened it up I received a voicemail saying they realized they gave me the wrong kind and were on their way back with my cheesy bread. Erica was super sweet and even brought me a couple drinks to compensate. People make mistakes all the time but it's how you handle it that counts. Excellent customer service.
Vegetarian options: the pacific veggie pizza is amazing! this dominos is always dependable and ready on time.

Multiple terrible experiences with this location. Wrong pizza, cold pizza upon delivery, charged the wrong amount. Latest is that they lost my order, don’t pick up their phones (the manager told me they don’t), and I had to drive to the store to get my refund. Good luck if you consider going here or ordering delivery. I’ll never do so again.

If you want to order your pizza, and they only make it 3 hours after you order it (only after you call and ask if you can just pick it up, rather than wait any longer with kids who are now starving) and to be threatened that your refund might not go through for days (who cares) and not receive an apology or offer of timing.. only to receive a mediocre pizza, get Domino’s in Hailey!

Two hours still waiting for pizza. What happened to 30 minutes or free? Tried to call the store -- got the call center someplace somewhere. They patched me through to the actual store (3 minutes away), and nobody picked up. Tried three times. Total horrowshow. You are better off going to the grocery store and getting frozen pizza. Avoid at all costs.

I called the number they transferred me to the store, and I am mediately got told no English and she could not understand what I wanted to order to go. I tried the website is did not work I asked again, and I heard somebody in the background that was speaking English I said I need to speak to somebody that speaks English. She said no no English, and was very rude. I will not recommend Hailey Domino's Pizza if I could give it a zero.

Three times in the last 5 months I had to go somewhere else. The last two weeks in-a-row I ordered online for pick up at 11am -11:15am and either no one was there or the couple of guys there didn't speak any English...really annoying. I recommend if you order online don't pay for it until you pick it up (if it's even ready). Ended up going somewhere else and had to ask for a refund on my card.Parking: Nothing else

Truly the worst quality food ever … even with expectations lowered for dominoes. We ordered two types of pizza, wings, and a so-called chicken parmigiana sandwich. All were inedible as they tasted like someone dumped a whole salt shaker on each. Took over an hour from the time the delivery guy left until he showed up a block away so to top it off, everything was lukewarm. Last time in my life I’m ever ordering from these jokers.
