Cool atmosphere. Don’t get the Chai, we took 1 sip and couldn’t drink anymore. It tasted like rubbing alcohol mixed with water. The breakfast burrito was microwaved and dry. The biscuits & gravy weren’t awful, we ended up sharing them because we could tolerate it. We came here at the recommendation of our River guide. We should have done our research to see there are 3 other coffee shops that are rated better than this one.

Hailey Coffee Co is a local favorite! The coffee is top-notch, with a rich and smooth flavor that hits the spot every time. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. They also have a great selection of pastries and light bites. If you're in Hailey, you’ve got to stop by this spot. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Very long wait, understaffed, very mediocre drip coffee, and got our order wrong.
This is he second time we've stopped in during our trips to Sun Valley. The first time it also took a long time (15-20 mins) for our food to be ready. This last time there was a long line and only one person taking orders and making coffee. Once we ordered it took at least 15 minutes to get our oatmeal, and another 5-10 minutes for our smoothie. The green smoothie was tasty, but didn't included the ad ins we asked for. The drip coffee was sub par, no better and maybe worse than standard gas station coffee - no flavor. On top of that they have a ton of "Paleo" pastry options and no vegan options, which is silly. Overall, not impressed at all and wouldn't recommend (unless maybe it's an off time and you order an espresso drink).

Today my family and I visited the coffee shop and my grandmother did not speak english but the cashier very kindly was conversing in portuguese and helping my grandmother to choose her coffee and food in the coffee shop, it was nice to meet marcelo, people should be more inclusive with the elderly and have skills to be able to communicate in other languages, wonderful place and the food was amazing!
Poor customer service, cashier bothered by any request or questions you have. Went here twice same experience both times and they messed up our order, no espresso in the drinks. Java Hailey much better experience and better food and coffee

Great food for a reasonable price which is hard to come by these days. I had the breakfast burrito and it was huge and freshly made! There's a comfy couch, local art, outside seating, and a nice view of downtown.
