Sadly i work in the neighborhood and opted to grab a coffee there instead of Java. I was not greeted acknowledged or even smiled at. I asked for whip cream on my coffee. She said they didnt have any . A bakery with no whip? And while I browsed as the only erson in the store, neither the barista or cashier said my drink was ready . I finally walked over to find it sitting there grabbed it and neither if them said thank you .

I wanted to send some flowers to my mother who just had surgery. I also wanted to support local businesses, so I contacted "Hank&Sylvie". I requested a flower bouquet. The address was also just a block far away from the shop. They charged me $80. Just $15 Dollars for delivery for 100ft from their shop. The added a plain piece of paper and hand wrote "Get well" with out putting the sender's name on it!My mother received the flowers but without knowing who send them.The most important, The flowers just died two days after delivery.My mother wasn't happy about the service, so with a bad condition that she had, she went to the shop and talked to the unethical store manager. The manager rudely responded her back that there is nothing she can do. This shop over charged me and they did not even make my mother feel better. They used a poor quality flowers and recklessly delivered it. This shop did not deserve a local support. Be aware of where you waste your money.

Spoke to the owner this morning that didn’t care that the 62 balloons that I bought for my daughters bday were all on the ground not floating. Owner had a HUGE attitude and could care less. So I went to Chateau Drug last minute. They were AMAZING. They sold me the balloons for 33% less and saved the day. They also said we aren’t the first people to have that same exact problem. Sarah doesn’t understand that this a small town and eventually doing that type of business will catch up to her. We order cakes and cupcakes at least 4 times and year and purchase other items in her store. I know I’m not the first or last person that has had this experience and won’t be going back.

Hank and Sylvie’s made my wedding cake and bouquets. Both turned out absolutely stunning! Taylor in the flower shop put together the most beautiful and unique bouquets! Sarah in the bakery made a not only gorgeous, but also delicious gluten free cake decorated with fresh flowers to match! Everyone was so wonderful to work with and I couldn’t be happier!
