The ceviche is so good! Everything is excellent, a hidden gem for sure. Go and enjoy a delicious meal, I haven't ordered anything I haven't loved and I've been back several times.

Excellent in all areas! As tourists, we were delighted to find this Peruvian restaurant while visiting Hailey, Idaho. We love Peruvian food and were impressed with the restaurant's extensive menu including seafood, meat and vegetarian options. Our group ordered a variety of items and everything was delicious and perfectly prepared and presented. The restaurant's interior is colorful and inviting and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. We will be back again before we leave town!

The lomo saltado was very tasty. Nice sauce and very tender meat. The homemade fries were really nice and the rice was tasty in the sauce. There was Deschutes Black Butte Porter on tap along with a few others and ample wines, too. Thank you!
Great Peruvian meal,the food was fresh and very well presented. The staff were all very helpful to answer all guestions regarding foods we were not familiar with. My wife and I both highly recommend Jhony's, if you are in Hailey, Idaho.

Wonderful experience! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the patio with the street was very peaceful. Food arrived fast and hot. The only thing I would change was the server being able to check on us more, but he was pretty busy!

Very nice staff. They don’t know the 2 minute / 2 bite rule. Checking back to see if everything is okay near the end of the meal does no good. Mussels are supposed to be cooked until the shells open on their own. Ours were served closed.
