We were passing thru Hailey. Around 3 pm. Seemed like nothing was open. As a last resort we decided to stop in to KB’s Burrito. We expected to regret that decision. The salsa we tried on the salsa bar was excellent. The steak tacos, along with the fish tacos were equally delicious. We will make it a special point to stop again next time we’re in Ketchum.
Got the wrong meat (we ordered one pork and chicken but both burritos were chicken) but everything still tasted amazing. Definitely worth it to buy the chips and salsas for the table!
My experience at KB’s was just okay. The food was mediocre and didn’t really stand out, and the service matched that same energy—lukewarm and not particularly attentive. Nothing was bad, but nothing wowed me either. It felt like everything was just going through the motions. Not the worst place, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.
