Ordered 2 bacon double ¼pounder/cheese plain with no bun.
Came on a bun
Bacon was scarce

After paying at drive up window you are asked to park in an assigned parking space where they will bring the food to you. I waited about 6 to 7 minutes at which point I finally went into the restaurant myself to get my hamburger. I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again that hamburger sucked.

By far the worst Mc D's in the great pacific northwest i have ever been to. I live in the valley and have for the last 20+ years. The only reason they get business is the fact they are the only real fast food restaurant in the wood river valley so largely are workforce will tolerate the terrible service and 0% communication skills because it saves time and time is precious.

I don’t usually leave reviews but being called a liar definitely did it for me. I called because they forgot an item in my order when I noticed I called and I got a “Mmm I don’t think so”. Why would I lie? You shouldn’t be called a liar for calling in an issue.

They wouldn’t put cheese on my toddlers cheeseburgers after we got out for through curbside. And then they didn’t give us one of the cheeseburgers. Very frustrated situation with two mad toddlers.

My son and I go to this McDonald’s all the time. I love to use the app so I can personalize my meals and it makes ordering and paying for it way easier. Using the app, I can customize the perfect hamburger! The employees at the store are very friendly and helpful. The food comes very, very quickly after ordering. I’m always amazed at how quickly we are in and out of the drive-through. We love this restaurant!

If you receive your order and only get half your items, be prepared for a ton of attitude from the manager. Apparently it's your fault that they can't complete an order that you paid for.

Standard McDonald's fare; sometimes, you're in a hurry on a long road trip, and you just need some chicken nuggets and some coffee. Unfortunately, I found many of the tables and seats dirty. Service was polite but not friendly. They gave me different sauces than what I requested (I didn't mind that much, but I was surprised that they got such a simple thing wrong).

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I made a mobile order. They gave me a hot chocolate instead of a chocolate shake and forgot two sandwiches. When I returned after going home and realizing they forgot some of my order I asked them to please make fresh ones so I didn’t receive food that had been sitting for 20min now. They told me no then tried to take the rest of my food and only give me what they missed. I had to argue that I had paid for the other items and still wanted them. Upon arriving home I realized that they had taken an item out of what I had brought back so I still didn’t get the items I paid for and the staff were rude to me for wanting to receive the items I paid for. Maybe a language barrier which is why I use the app to order and they still can’t seem to get it right.
