I got the tomato miso ramen, which was pretty tasty overall. I mainly have an issue with the pricing. The noodles could come a little more loaded for $17 plus the 18-25% default tip for counter service. There seems to be an up-charge if you don't want meat with your meal, oddly enough. Tofu is certainly cheaper than pork, but if you want more protein than just the half shoyu egg (online menu says whole egg) add another $3. Both meat options come with chashu in addition to the whole egg. What gives?

After reading the reviews about this place my boyfriend and I were excited to try the ramen here and we were severely disappointed. No flavor, weird meat and there wasn’t even salt on the table to add flavor. The girl at the counter was sweet and personable but the tea, the noodles, nothing had any flavor.

Casual and delicious place. Awesome drinks for not being able to serve liquor, the "negroni vibes" in particular was awesome. Got the edamame first which were a great appetizer. The spicy tonkatsu had me sweating by the end of the bowl, definitely had kick. The eggs were on point and 100% worth ordering extras with your bowl.Apparently their bowls are even made by a local potter, these people really choose to embrace the community!

Vegetarian options: They always make sure to have a veggie based option, it was a tomato based broth when I stopped in.

Awesome ramen. Very relaxed place. Most of the menu is available for take-out.

3 stars because I’m glad there’s at least one ramen place around here, but I do wish I enjoyed my meal a little more. The chicken in my ramen was kind of hard- def not the buttery chicken I’m used to in ramen. I think overall this Ramen is pretty average. But I will probably go back and try the Spicy to see if I like that one better.

We both got the spicy Tonkotsu. It’s delicious! The broth is rich, the marinated eggs are perfect and molten in the middle, the pork literally falls apart. Definitely coming back.

Spicy tonkotsu is delicious but beware-the spice is at the bottom of the bowl! The yuzu lemonade is sooo fresh and there's a few good beers on tap and more options in cans. Order at the bar and come early-it got really busy at 6pm. I foresee this business thriving in the valley! Definitely check it out.
