Stopped by the Hailey location on Christmas Eve '23 with my wife on our way home from shopping. Lara was our host, what a great person and so fun to talk with. The group of locals at the pub were fun and a gave us a very friendly "local" vibe. If you want a a "down to earth" place to have a beer...this is it.

Sawtooth Brewery in Hailey kicks a**. Beer is awesome and environment is relaxed and enjoyable!! It’s amazing the food that Drew throws out of that trailer. Lara at the bar is also the best!!

We went here for the first time today to see what was on tap and the food. We had a pretzel, Nemo & Friends, and Excuse Moo that were to die for. I am not a beer drinker but the Big Woody Lager was a good choice. I like my drinks a little more sweet and Lara helped me out there with a Raspberry Cider. (I bought a jug to take some home!) We will definitely be going back to see all the new flavor they have on tap! We also got some merch.
