We bought two breakfast with hashbrowns sausage and eggs and two sides of French toast that were very small and they charged us $72. Not to mention they forgot my eggs and the hashbrowns were not cooked properly. This is my second or third time giving them another chance Never again do yourself a favor and go to Lucy‘s in Bellevue.

Came here for breakfast. The customer service my group of 3 received was some of the best I've ever seen in a long time. Great job, and we will be back to try lunch the next time we're in town. The atmosphere inside was so cool!

Just wow! Their prices are very low for Hailey! 14$ for a cheeseburger would cost 18$ anywhere else to include twin falls. Love the fact you can put a quarter inside your jukebox at the table and pick any songs you desire. Service was good people were polite. The atmosphere was amazing, very clean and organized. Keep on Shorty's!

Not terribly busy on a weekday morning. Most occupied tables had retirees.
I was waited on promptly, and the “shorty’s skillet” was worth the price. The green chilies were fresh, perhaps a little more of them would be good but more chilies would always be welcome. In New Mexico the chilies are on top of the eggs. In Idaho they’re buried underneath with the potatoes.
Prices have gone up at shorty’s ~15% like most things since the “inflation reduction act” took effect.

Best customer service we’ve had in long time. We loved that they all spoke and understood Spanish. Great food! Definitely return again, worth the drive from Melba, Idaho. The juke box was such a cute thing to have on the table. Oldies music while we enjoyed our meals.

The food was just OK, but honestly I give them 5 stars because the staff were so nice even though the place was Extremely crowded. On that note, this place can be very crowded so be prepared for a wait.

Service was horrible. We went without drinks several times. Had to ask for silverware, sugars, and coffee creamer several times. We finally just gave up and went without. Food was alright. Meat was dry on my sandwich. Atmosphere is great just poor service and mediocre food.
