Shoutout to the whole staff, specifically Gabe! When I was pregnant I ate snow bunny a little bit too much. After not going for a few months, when I did go, Gabe remembered my order and knows I prefer ranch instead of fry sauce with my order. Very intelligent and caring soul! Always friendly and never had an issue. 😁

After having a problem the owner/manager returned our money and remade our shakes. Young lady called the number before ours and a few minutes later she called a number way past ours. When asked she said ours wasn't ready yet. About 10 minutes later we talked to the manager and found out our shakes had been ready when we asked. The manager gave our money back and made new shakes. Nine orders after our first one. I don't like giving bad reviews but this is the exception. Cashier sucked and should not be there. Another staff at the drive up was sitting on the counter doing nothing. The place was busy but I will never stop there again.

Ione was very rude when my friend's card declined due to a bad chip. She accused him of being out of money even though his account had thousands of dollars. She then turned to her coworkers belittling my friend for his declined card. We went to the Snow Bunny on our lunch from work dressed in our work clothes. Due to how we were ridiculed by the staff, I will never go there again. P.S. I am a successful business owner and my friend works for me part time. I won't be taking anyone who works for me to the Snow Bunny. Because they get an F in customer service.

Good food, good people. Definitely a good place to take the family for lunch or dinner. Hope someday they will be able to spruce up the inside with a remodel but besides that Snowbunny is a classic.

Hamburgers were over cooked and chicken tenders tasted like they were right out of the bag. Inside smelled very unclean, ate outdoors instead. Had 3 other guest with me and nobody was thrilled with the taste of the food.
