Tacos 208 is a nice little place with friendly staff. The huge table in the back works well for big groups. Order and pay at the counter/bar, no tabs or splitting checks. Prices are okay, but portion sizes of chips/dips are smaller than other places. The veggie Flaco Taco is a fave. Fried tilapia tacos were the fave for visitors. The Asada Burrito is great, as are the flaco and lengua tacos. The atmosphere feels like a nightclub turned bar turned restaurant, but food is good and great value, 35 for two people including a 10 drink. Adobada (Pork) and the especiales 'Flaco' are tasty, with handmade corn tortillas. The full bar allows a taco and a beer or cocktail. Quesabirria tacos are very good, and the watermelon agua fresca is fresh from fresh fruit. Chips are fresh and warm. Service is quick and friendly.
