Glad we found this place on our last day in Hailey this weekend. We found it hands down the best place for burger and chicken sandwich. Quaint beer joint that had great customer service. The burger was one of the best we've had in our travels. Will be a go too next time we're in town.

I was in town for work and wanted a good burger, so I decided to give this place a try based on the menu and online pictures. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment.
The service was terrible from the start. The person taking my order was rude, and even openly admitted she was in a bad mood and couldn’t wait for the night shift to relieve her. When I asked if they had Coke or Pepsi products, she just rolled her eyes, handed me a cup, and said most people just get a beer. I was shocked by the attitude and mentioned I don’t drink and drive—especially since I was there for work.
I opted for a Sprite, but it tasted like plain carbonated water. I tried switching to Dr. Pepper, and it looked more like tea than soda. Clearly, something was wrong with their drink setup.
When the food arrived, it was underwhelming. The burger tasted bland, almost like it had no seasoning at all. The fries were fine but very basic, nothing special.
What really bothered me was the cleanliness, or lack thereof. I was sitting at the bar and could see into the kitchen. There was grease and old food all over the floor, and the whole area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. This place could definitely use a visit from a health inspector.
To top it off, I started feeling unwell about 20 minutes after leaving. I won’t be coming back and would caution others to think twice before visiting.

Always great people who work here. Attend to you right when you come to the front register. Could definitely use some remodeling to get more customers on bored with going there for their drinks and family food. Also an alcohol license would be a huge investment for them as well.
Food was great, this was my first time eating here and my last. There will be no amount of flavor to offset the piss poor attitude behind the counter. Asked a simple question about the menu for clarification and was met with utter disgust. I’ll keep an eye on the reviews and return as soon as they dismiss the dismal rude individual from their establishment.

We usually have a good time here but this last time the lady at the counter was rude ! Food was wrong and when I told the lady our food was wrong ( which my husband told the cook) she acted like it was some how our fault. Hoping this was an isolated thing.
Parking: Just street parking mostly. The front is the main street so it can be crazy parallel parking! Much easier if your riding.
Good burger, fries, cold beer, Messed up my order, but it was a good recovery. Saturday lunch time, was full of kids, so I guess it's pretty kid friendly
