It's been a long time since we have had good food and great service. Gracie was an outstanding server! We will be back.

Great food, worth the drive

The classic lakeside, family friendly atmosphere we all look for. Close enough to spokane, coeur d'Alene, sandpoint, but an escape from the hubbub. Quiet lake view with a sunset. The owner is always there to greet you personally, and employees are all fantastic! All of that goes without saying, the food is amazing.

Pro-tip: ask for the menu of pizzas that aren't on the menu. There are some fun concoctions that are really good. Quality control is definitely on lock. Wings are tride and true, cast iron seered (highly recommend the Buffalo wings). Pizza is fantastic, bread knots leave you full and content. I couldn't say enough about this place.

I was just there for dinner with my neighbors. During dinner our server Randy twice poked my shoulder expecting me to look the wrong way. I was involved in conversation and blew it off. Then he did it a third time and I did look the other way and I was like what’s your issue dude ? As hes laughing. I’m not in high school and didn’t appreciate his juvenile humor nor being poked at and interpreting me. I called after returning home to complain and was told by someone ( acting manager) on the phone that he’s just a joker and everyone loves him. Last time I will ever go to Embers or bring anyone. That’s just rude and not funny while I’m dining and in conversation with my neighbors.

Visit #2. And just like the first visit, I can't wait to return and try something else on the menu. Our group tried / shared three different pizzas and the jalapeño poppers. No complaints on anything! We even sat out on the heated patio on a chilly night.. and were very comfortable.

We don't go out a lot because we're usually disappointed. Not so with Embers! The whole family had a great time! Well worth the time and money! We had the Marganotti and Three Forks pizzas and they were delicious! So good!

Super place to go to and bring kids.

One of our favorite places to go out to eat at. The owner, Rob and and his amazing staff do a great job and make the pizza's perfect every time! Beautiful setting for a restaurant. Truly a hidden gem! We love them all but is Desiree is definitely our fav!

Embers by the lake is a family favorite. The wood fired pizza is great, the staff are always friendly, and the drive by the lake to get there is beautiful. It's also great for adults or kids - great place to grab drinks - or if you bring the family the kids get to knead their own dough into a shape of their choosing and have it baked to enjoy...my kids love it!

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. Kids are often playing on the outside lawn, and they get to knead their own dough and have it baked. It's one of the few places that feels kid friendly while also being enjoyable for adults.
