I've been to Embers many times, and hands down, the food is awesome, and usually, the service is top-notch, but tonight was incredibly disappointing!! I'm used to waiting for an hour to and how and a half (especially if it's a large group), but I've 2 hours was a little ridiculous. Then, once seated, the service was alright... not as great as in all the times part but okay. Salads were supposed to come with the meal but came after we were almost done eating our pizza. It seemed ridiculous that a salad would take that long to make and serve. Overall not a great night but we will definitely come back because I want to believe that this was just an off night...I hope.

I can not say enough good about this place! We don't go out a lot because we're usually disappointed. Not so with Embers! The whole family had a great time! Well worth the time and money! We had the Marganotti and Three Forks pizzas and they were delicious! So good! We will go back for sure! And I will continue to recommend Embers.Kid-friendliness: A very nice man bright out dough boards for the kids and they made animals that he took and baked and brought back with dipping sauce. The kids loved it! We loved watching them enjoy the experience!
We have been loyal customers since 2020 and we have never had a bad experience or food. The service, food, and experience are aways fantastic. They have gluten free pizza crust that is delicious and the staff takes extra care to make sure there isn't any cross contamination. Embers is the best and Rob and Allison care so much about their employees and community.

What truly stood out was their ability to safely prepare food for our kiddos with multiple allergies. It's not easy finding a place that caters to dietary restrictions, but Embers nailed it, providing a safe dining experience for all. And let's not forget the stunning lake view and the mouthwatering pizza! It was the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The management under Rob and Allison is A++ and one or the both of them can usually be found on site happily working the oven or mingling with satisfied customers. They are incredibly personable! The staff is perpetually chipper! We always leave feeling a sense of having been with "family".Tonight I want to give a big shout out to our server Desiree. She was working the bar when we got there, completely slammed with customers. She was sweet and attentive to us while letting others know she'd be with them soon. She also ended up waiting on us! She had just the sweetest, and most intuitive disposition. We felt very cared for. FYI Papas Special and Father Guido for the win!

My husband and I were invited out to Embers with my aunt and her BF. It was our first time there and definitely not our last! It was probably the absolute best pizza I've had! We ordered 2 half and half pizzas so we each got to try 4 different kinds. We were not disappointed in any of them. The going back to Cali pizza has this amazing lemon aioli sauce. I love lemon and aioli but wasn't sure how it would be on pizza, however it was total perfection! The lemon was not over powering at all, just added a great zing and sweetness to it and then to add artichoke hearts to it was ugh so delicious ?. My husband and I ordered the Mac and cheese and some cheese bread to go and the next day it was still fantastic! It was a busy Saturday night, but the service didn't suffer, she was on top of her game, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and quick to get us what we asked for! The outside of the restaurant looks like it'll be some fancy place, but the inside is just a super chill and fun environment! We really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back!!! I would highly recommend Ember on the Lake!!!! But how can you go wrong in beautiful Hauser!!!!
