Our original plans fell through, so we decided to stop at Shindigs for an early lunch...and I’m so glad we did! We started with the Margarita and the Blueberry Mojito, and they were so good we couldn’t resist ordering a second round.
The appetizers were huge and delicious. We tried the sweet potato tots and the fried pickles, and both hit the spot. The entrées were just as tasty, but what really stood out was the atmosphere and the service. The vibe is perfect—great ambience that would be ideal for big group gatherings, and the staff made the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back!

As a long time patron of the area, I found the removal of the 70-plus years of local history in the buildings disheartening. The new look is void of any character, looks just like every other fast food chain diner in an old building. I will say the quality of the food has improved ... But the menu is typical just like every other Diner in the area. The service was prompt and polite like a well run UPS, quicker in the quicker out. We will keep giving them a try and hope for a more taste bud engaging dining experience.

The food was great. Fried in tallow which is great!! It’s bar food though, not many choices outside of handhelds, tacos, flatbreads, and a salad. No healthier options or entrees with veggies. Gluten free folks don’t have any options other than a salad. Prices are steep. Cool venue with tons of space and was well kept.

The food here is absolutely amazing, my favorite has to be the barbecue chicken tacos with onion rings! The drinks are always on point, delicious every single time. The atmosphere is super fun, and the outdoor dining area is beautiful, perfect for enjoying a great meal on the patio.
Everything is fantastic, but the real highlight is the people. The owners are AWESOME! The manager is AWESOME! And my go-to server Richelle, ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

Mersadies Pringle
This is a really great spot!! We passed it & saw how cute it looked from the street & decided to try it. Absolutely worth the stop. The bbq pulled pork, brisket, nachos, flat breads, chicken sandwich... all of it was delicious!! The server was great as well, chatted with us about the area & very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Outdoor dining was great. Beautiful well lit patio. Super good food all cooked in tallow. Fries were the best! My boys had fish and chips, fried pickles, and burgers. They are every last bite. My Texas Chicken sandwich was really filling and fresh. The deep fried Brussels Sprouts were my favorite of the whole night. Wonderful service too!
